Really cute Victorian era decor hotel. Walk through corridors that have beautiful period wall hangings. Rooms are cozy, clean and with detailed furnishings & decorations. The bedding was extremely clean and the quilts were as if we were back home. Since we were a family with 2 smaller kids we got room #16 with 2 small rooms with 2 full...

My husband and I, along with our dog, spent New Years eve weekend at the Bishop. We loved the historic hotel, the friendliness of staff and our wonderful suite. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in downtown Pt. Townsend, including shops and restaurants. Our suite was cozy, with a fireplace. Nice touch of having coffee, tea, fruit and spiced...

The Bishop has lots of character, from the lobby, to the old registration office (now converted to office center but looks like old bank teller cage), to the exposed brick in our suite. We took advantage of the coffee/tea/fruit on our floor and were pleasantly surprised that continental breakfast was included and delivered right to our door. We were also...

We spent three nights here after Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We both love older buildings with the original flair. As you can see from the attached pictures, this hotel truly qualifies! It was a very relaxing place to stay, and a block behind the Main Street - so markedly quieter. The service was exceptional by all of the...

We wanted a comfy room as a base camp for exploring the forts, good options close by for dinners and hiking. This was almost perfect. Separate bedroom from living area. Gas insert on the fireplace kept the place toasty. Full cable and big enough HDTV so I could watch the Michigan v Ohio game. A nice tub and bath salts....
