We have stayed at this "resort" twice now and we are headed back for a 3rd stay this coming weekend. Located about halfway between Wenatchee and Lake Chelan, and 4 hours from Seattle, this is a great little golf resort that has turned into more of a timeshare property. That's not all bad as the rooms come equipped with full...

We are back at Desert Canyon and excited about a new year. The golf course is in excellent shape and the pro shop is stocked like I have never seen it. Great selections. The restaurant is excellent and the coffee shop is always a good stop! For the first time in the five years I have lived here I stopped...

We stayed in the 4 bedroom casita and had a great vacation! Everything was clean and organized. The resort was beautiful and the staff was excellent, treating my children like family. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

I have traveled many places in my career and my work required internet to stay connected both in a personal and professional manner. I have been going to this place for years but the last two have been somewhat unpleasant due to internet connectivity in the casitas. We specifically asked if the internet was working when we booked our week...

We will definately be back. we stumbled across this place when my husband wanted somewhere to golf this week. we had spent the night in Wenatchee, and we drove to this resort, and when we laid eyes on it we knew we wanted to stay a night. The room (1 bdrm condo) was huge and new fully furnished with kitchen...

Our group occupied two of the four-bedroom casitas (1403 & 1603). The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a big breakfast for 12 one morning and dinner for 12 two nights in a row. Plenty of room for people to eat at the dining table, counter and outside on the deck. We did notice the carpet in 1403 was in...

We have stayed here 8 times during the past 10 years. We return for the golf course, views, weather, proximity to Daroga State Park (walking trails, swimming in the Columbia, tennis courts, and basketball), the great salsa and homemade ice cream at the cider mill, and all the conveniences of home (washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc.). Initially this felt like a...

This is the best resort in the area - hands down. It is a Hidden Gem that is yet to be discovered. There is something for everyone. We have been here many times. We continue to return because of the great service, prices, and atmosphere. The golf course is scenic with rolling hills, lakes, and rock formations. Not only do...

We stayed at Desert Canyon the first week of Oct 2010. We weren't familiar with the area but we had GPS and finding it was fairly easy. Our weather was great. The best part of the resort for me was the golf course. It was a championship course that was in terrific condition and inexpensive (as we were late in...

- Decor and finishing is extremely tasteful for a resort/timeshare - View from pool and hot tub is seldom rivaled - Fantastic decks - Quiet, private, peaceful setting - Wonderful walk/jog path (somewhat hilly, not too challenging) - 20 minutes to very popular Chelan - Family water vacation paradise - Economy has resulted in some struggles for resort, but overall...
