What a delight! Motel Nicholas in Omak was a great place for an inexpensive stay after crossing the border from Canada. Spacious rooms and nicely kept grounds with seating on the grass. Fairly quiet. Since we were traveling with a dog we were delighted that all rooms were first floor and you could park in front. There was a traffic... More

The hotel was disgusting, I dropped my phone and went to grab it noticed used plastic cups shoved under the dresser, coffee hasn't been replaced, the shower was disgusting other people's hair was in the drain still and used shampoo bottles. There bugs everywhere. It was overall a nasty nasty experience. The lady at the front desk complained we went... More

Stopped for 1 night and stayed 2 to explore the area. It was inexpensive but clean, It was economical and that was what we were looking for. It was close to shopping and town center. The air conditioner was noisy but did work. It looked like they had done some painting, renovations and paved the parking area. Good if you are... More

Stayed here last year. Happy to be back. When you just need a clean, quiet place to overnight. Fridge, micro, coffee maker, A/C, free wi-fi......Can't beat it for the money. Close to town and shopping center. If you are expecting the Hilton, it ain't. Hey, this is Omak for goodness sakes. Be happy.

Filthy room. Only available motel / hotel in Omak or we would have not stayed here. Went to front desk for some kind of "cleaning" product and was given a bottle of Windex. The face cloth we used to clean the telephone, desk and the inside of the front door was black.

Motel Nicholas is a budget motel and it does that very well. It has free wireless. The rooms were clean but dated. Not big on the amenities, but I wasn't expecting that for the price. The air conditioner was on the loud side, but it certainly worked well and I was happy for that. I would stay here again.

There are very few of these small "motor hotels" left, and they are by far the best lodging deals to be had. So what if you don't have a four-star restaurant or a casino attached to the hotel? The rooms are clean and quiet, beds comfortable, service friendly, hot showers/baths, and there's a TV if you're inclined to watch it.... More

I met with some very negative reviews about this motel, all of which i must say are unfounded. I arrived early and was told by the desk clerk he would have a room available within 1 hour, the town is only a 5 minute drive so i went for lunch and returned. I paid $55 for a perfectly adequately room... More

We booked this motel for the Omak Stampede a few months in advance as we knew it would be a busy weekend. I first of all spoke to Raj the Manager who booked us in for two nights then he confirmed the booking in an email. When we arrived at 5.00pm on the Friday there was a girl behind the... More

I am from this area and was back for a funeral. I didn't make reservations where we usually stay quickly enough and there were no rooms available. I remembered the Motel Nicholas from my youth and thought we would try it out. I had pretty low expectations, but based on quite good ratings here from 2010, even my low expectations... More

“The people running the hotel were nice enough,, I don't know, could they have a separate section for people actually working and needing to get up in the morning vs loud drinking parties with prostitutes who are up all night long? Could they actually clean the rooms daily and give you fresh towels toilet paper, even if you have a corporate rate, because honestly-- I am renting a room in house for my new contract for a lot cheaper than their nightly rate even at their corporate rate- I ended up paying about $1,500 a month for the room , and for that room , with that limited service, that was way too much. I can usually rent a nice cabin with kitchen, living, dining room and one or two bedrooms with a hot tub and yard for that price.. I don't know, maybe it was just Omak, I found it to be a dirty , noisy place and wont' come back.”
