Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed their for my niece's wedding, won't do it again. The room had a odor, the floor slanted . Wasn't worth no 80.00. My mom stayed in another room with my aunt, their room really had a smell, they called front desk, they gave them some kind of room spray. People were very nice that worked their. A tent sounds better next time. sorry just being honest!

I stayed at the North Bend Hotel again, this time for three weeks. Once again I found it an enjoyable experience. Coming from New Zealand I was greeted cheerfully. I was given the room I had requested and my bed was already made up with extra blankets. The rooms are very clean, serviced daily. I had New Zealanders ringing me during the evening and the management always was jovial with them.... even when they rang at annoying hours. [time difference] On checking out I was given somewhere to sit and watch tv as I had an hour to wait for my ride to the airport. This was most helpful.

I was taking my boyfriend to Snoqualmie falls for the first time for his birthday and I found this place online. We made the hour long drive and made it out there. When I checked in the man was a little, well I'll just say he didn't seem happy. I asked for a single bed but he told me all they had was a double bed, which is what you get when you don't call ahead. We took it and went to our room. It was pretty much what you would expect staying at a motel. we are smokers and they had little buckets of sand outside the door for smokers, which I laughed at. The room was pretty big, I read reviews online about ants being in the room but when we got there we never saw any. There was a TV mounted on the wall with your basic channels,a fridge with a microwave on top, and it was very

We stayed here recently and were pleased. We were able to check in way early and the manager was friendly. We could smell the bleach when we walked into our room and it was pretty darn clean. It was dated and quite small but nothing a coat of paint wouldn't fix. It is in walking distance of a few restaurants and it also has a small fridge and microwave just in case you want to bring your own food.

My family and I got the last two rooms and unfortunately my mom and I got room #7 which smelled incredibly moldy. We couldn't change room because we took the last two. The next morning my mom woke up with a bad migraine and when she went to let the manager know he was soo RUDE AND MEAN!! He accused us of trying to rip him off!! He didn't even bother to come to the room much less offer an apology. The room was not worth the $80 we were charged nor for the horrible treatment!! STAY AWAY!!

I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to drive the additional 3 hours home... Stayed in #1, it served my purpose (sleep). The door doesn't seem secure as I could see daylight all around it and there is just a deadbolt to hold it closed. I pulled all the blankets off and checked the mattress for any critters... didn't see any evidence... 2 small pillows and cheap thin blankets... the television is mounted up close to the ceiling but all I figured out was that there were music stations playing which didn't care cause I slept. Heater worked really well, woke up sweating... This place should not be charging more than 40-45, very VERY basic... I was there only about 6 hours but if sleep is all you want, that's all you get...

This motel has received many poor reviews so I wasn't expecting much. I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The management team are friendly, helpful and efficient. I requested extra blankets and this request was acted up on straight away. Tourist advice and further practical help were provided during my week long stay, always with a gracious attitude. The room although dated in decor was very clean and functional, and for $60 per night I thought it was a bargain. The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave and the bathroom was spacious and fittings modern enough. The shower had excellent pressure and there was no shortage of hot water. Heaps of bench space too for cosmetics etc. My room was serviced everyday to a high standard, clean towels, bed made, clean

Bed VERY hard and sloped downward from headboard to end of mattress. Room smelled old and musty. Phone did not work. Carpet was frayed. Outside clean as was the bathroom. No way could I sleep so I wasted my money when I could have gone on to a rest stop and taken a nap. Next time I will drive on to Cle Elum and stay there.

Staying here, you're not expecting a 4 star hotel. This is a basic one story motel that provides a comfortable and convenient place to sleep. It's conveniently located near the all the attractions surrounding Snoqualmie (casino, falls, railroad). It's located in the heart of downtown in close proximity to a number of restaurants. The beds are comfortable enough, there's cable TV, a fridge, and microwave. The decor and appliances are a bit dated but the room is clean and hospitable. It would be nice if they'd provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The owners are kind and friendly. For the price, this is a great place to stay but don't expect too much.

Rather than drive home late at night after going to the casino, we wanted to stay the night. This motel is only 3 miles from the Casino, so a cab ride is easy. I did not expect much in the way of service, but the lady who checked us in did give us some suggestions for dinner. Our room had a bed with nightstands and lamps, a mini-fridge and microwave, and a table with a couple of old chairs. The motel is obviously old, but it was sufficiently clean. The bathroom had linens and soap only, so bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you want it. The bottom line is that this hotel is not 5 star, but for $60, I can not complain. I will stay here again.
