OK, first off, this isn't even close to a ski/spa/resort experience. In other words, match your expectations to what you'll end up with. My expectations were definitely not exceeded when we saw our studio room- small, dated and musty. Granted for the price, we should have been able to do better, however this is about location, location, location. And our...

The Good: This motel is right across the street from White Pass ski area. Literally. Gather up your ski equipment and walk over (or drive over early and get a good spot near the main quad lift - you'll be glad you did that at the end of the day). The Bad: THERE IS NO WIFI. Cell service popped in...

The Village Inn is special and it is not for everyone but I like it. If you know what you are getting into, shabby-chic ski vacation living, then it is great. I have stayed there several times, most recently over the New Year's week. Things I like most: #1: Total convenience to the ski area and nordic trails - everything...

Save your $ and stay in Packwood or asford. Did not have a welcoming greet. Man was grumpy. No coffee. Pool is only open from 4-10. Horrible time especially if you want to night ski. First time staying here and will not return. Not impressed.

Dale was very welcoming and kind. I saved a long time for our Christmas vacation and let me tell you his attitude alone made it worth it. Not to mention our room was gorgeous with an awesome view. Ski hill is across the street and grocery store next door and you'll want it cause kitchenette is in room. Thank you...

We enjoyed ourselves very much in our little chalet! We had a studio room, which was plenty of room for up to 4 people because there is a double bed and a futon. It was just my husband and I so we sat on the futon and watched 2 movies on the tv.They also had dvd's that we could have...

We visited this inn in June their slow season. The cabin was tastefully decorated and cozy. There was just the two of us so the size was perfect. The cabin could sleep 4 of which then it would be very crowded. We were planning on buying snacks at the near by store but got there after closing. I was happy...

Love this little inn at White Pass. Went there for my fiancé's birthday in the spring. Attendant at the front desk was very nice and they were helpful on the phone when I booked. We got the 1 bedroom plus a loft. Kitchen was well stocked, room was clean, and we had plenty of space for us plus another couple....

I was hiking the PCT and this lodging just happens to be at the trail intersection. I had made arrangements to begin and end my trip at White Pass. The customer service is terrible!!!! Both of the clerks were extremely unmotivated to provide even a tiny bit of service. Since these are condos with individual owners, the decor and accommodations...

We had a great time at White Pass. But the reason for my title and ranking is that in reality everyone in business has to account for real market factors and competitive options when pricing / managing their product. I'm in the resort business myself and I would be ashamed to show my face to our Guests if this was...

“Some rooms have bathtubs, microwaves, ovens, hot tubs. You need to ask for want you want in order to receive the right room fit.”

“Our unit was on the bottom floor. You could hear the upstairs pretty easy - would recommend trying to be on an upper floor if possible.”

“Make sure you request and get a fully renovated room.”

“Same old story - if you want the view, take a high room and tromp up several flights of stairs with all your bags. They did have nice little lockers on the ground level so you didn't have to drag your skis up the stairs. The pool/hot tub are behind the office in unit E, so take that in consideration for how far you want to tromp through the snow in your bathing suit. Coming back isn't a problem because you are nice and warm, but oh wow, the run to the pool could be very cold.”
  • The Deluxe Kitchen - small but functional!
