My husband & I stayed in Duplex 2A. Love Mazma and been many times. Worst experience ever. Pros: toaster, tiny frig, small stove: all work. Bathroom seemed clean. Right next to the road if you need to make a quick break :-) Cons: this is not a 1 bed as advertised, but a studio with a hanging piece of fabric...

Naturally I am concerned about your experience at the Mazama Trails Duplex 2A. We are merely rental agents for the cabins in the area, and we do our best to communicate the amenities that are available. The cabins are privately owned and maintained by the owners, not the Mazama Country Inn. Having said this-we have contacted the owner of this...

Fine staff, very friendly, Mary is a Gem! Very comfy, decent breakfasts, dinner in the restaurant is great but irregular hours in the slow season when we visited. We stayed upstairs in the main lodge and had a comfortable room with the handy balcony library, TV room and piano to ourselves on this quiet winter weekend. A wonderful venue inside...

We are bicycle touring the northwest. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the last few years. This inn rates with the best. The positives: clean property and room, comfortable bed, good a/c, good water pressure in sink and shower, quiet room and property, very peaceful setting, guest laundry, swimming pool, friendly staff, good food for breakfast and fair...

We were driving and hiking through the North Cascades. It was about time for us to turn around and return to our hotel, but we were hungry and had a long ride back. So it was just by chance we stopped into the Mazama Country Inn to grab a bite. We found the restaurant to be more of a fine...

The Mazama Country Inn is the kind of place you fall in love with. We returned for our second stay recently, and it won't be our last. The rooms are basic but spotless, the beds cozy, the grounds beautiful, and the restaurant serves good food crafted with care. My favorite thing about the inn is what it DOESN'T have --...

We arrived for brunch just as the kitchen was shutting down. Nonetheless, the wait person graciously served us a cozy delicious country breakfast on the deck, which was warm and smelled of pine and cedar. Husbands meal came with four large pieces of peppered bacon. I had a blueberry pancake with the house berry sauce AND pure maple syrup. Enjoyed...

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and were able to partake of the Inn's delicious bacon. Our chef has sworn me to secrecy as far as his secret, but we have been told that we have the best tasting bacon in this neck of the woods! We look forward to seeing you again!

As always (about my 15th or more visit here) the service was terrific, friendly. Mary and her crew are simply the best. The food was especially good this time. And even though this was not a good snow year, the snow was excellent for very fast sliding and gliding, with lots of sun. It's always a pleasure to come here.

Thank you for your review of the Mazama Country Inn. We can't get much better that "simply the best!" We are hoping for more snow this year, and we hope you will be able to come back and enjoy the skiing this winter. And-Thank you for being a repeat customer!

The Happy Trails cabin was fantastic! In fact, you can't really call it a "cabin" -- it was more like a comfortable home away from home for our family of four (plus our Golden Retriever). Everything about the cabin was top notch from the beds and linens to the roomy open floor plan, and the well-appointed kitchen. The owners of...

These locally owned cabins are really a great choice for families, such as yours, who want some room to let kids run around, and maybe cook a few of your own meals. We thank you for spending some time at our Restaurant also!

We've just returned from our annual 4-day ski trip to the Methow region of north-central Washington. We always stay at the Mazama Country Inn and I can't recommend it enough! Kudos go to the owners, office manager and staff, chefs and wait staff, and housekeeping staff for making this such a special place. We stay in a deluxe room, which...

I stay here every year in January with a large group of friends. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is fabulous. The rooms are comfortable. And there is always a fire going in the fireplace. I'll be back again next year, if not before.
