We rented a deluxe cabin that sleeps 6 but hideabed was broken so really only slept 4. Floors badly woren. Expensive ($175.00 a night) for very small cabin. Wouldn't be much room plus very small table with only two chairs. Manage very rude and two staff members don't belong in public service industry.

We found this KOA to be more expensive than most. The staff was very nice and helpful when making the reservations. We arrived after the office had closed, but they left our reservation and spot on the door--thanks. Only part of the park is open for winter, the full hook up sites are close together. The cabins look very nice...

I have stayed at this KOA 3 times in last 6 years. Twice in a camping cabin and once in a tent. I like the tent sites along the river, those have great views and the noise of the river is soothing. The cabins we rented were standard 1-2 room, no bathroom KOA cabins. Some of these are on steep...

Danielle and her team did a fantastic job with making this event as best as it could be. An extra shuttle, you never had to wait, and everything but the seasonal swimming pool was clean and operating. The staff was on it from early morning to the early hours of the morning. The KOA was full to capacity but organized...

This was our first trip to Pine Village KOA, we've stayed in other parks in Leavenworth, that were better, but chose this one because it was close to town. We were satisfied with our spot, because we paid extra to specify which one we wanted. The park has KOA signage everywhere for things such as 'Bathrooms cleaned periodically throughout the day",...

The atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Upon check in, staff were readily available, kind, and even lead us to our spot and helped us back in. Facilities are clean. RV parks are hit and miss, but this place is a hit! The ability to make reservations online is also a bonus. Go here and enjoy!

I stayed at this exact KOA about 10 years ago and it was awesome! Now it is completely overcrowded, dirty, and ran very poorly. It is not worth the money to stay here unless you have small children. Even though the tent sites allow up to 6 people, you must pay $5 extra for each person after you have more...

We are from Washington DC and decided to stay here for Fri and Sat night with family from Spokane WA. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay Friday night and part of Sat because a forest fire broke out across the river and we were forced to evacuate. Too bad because we would of liked to stay another night. The...

A number of things were stolen from our camp site including an expensive camp stove. When the theft was reported to a staff member they suggested that we must have just misplaced the items. Very unprofessional and strange.

Our group (20+ people of various age range/ infant thru 70 year olds) has been coming to Pine Village KOA every summer for the past 20 years. The past 3 years were bad. We thought about leaving our beloved Leavenworth for a new experience because we were becoming increasingly dissapointed in the changes/attitudes of the staff but we LOVE the...
