Pros: The cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to walk to the town. Cons: The cottage was cluttered with knickknacks; very hard to move around in; the refrigerator's compressor in the room made loud sounds every few minutes. The breakfast was so-so: an apple tartlet which was tasty but very sweet, overcooked bacon and a...

Country Cottage was recommended by a friend from Whidbey Island. Wonderful and friendly owners. Breakfast was very well prepared and gourmet. We had a Raspberry Strate....yummy. I would recommend it highly and would return. The grounds were lovely with seating mixed occasionally around the property for private seating. Beautiful flowers around everywhere.

My sister and i took a last minute trip to seattle from the east coast. We drove our car from Seattle and parked at Anacortes and took an overnight bag and a list of inns to the ferry to Friday Harbor. For us, the town was just ok. The shops looked tired. We are used to nantucket, chatham, and rockport...

Just returned from Whidbey Island. We stayed at Country Cottage for two nights. Jackie and Tom could not have been better hosts. The rooms are located in cottages scattered around the property with well tended gardens all around. Our room was large and comfortable with a great view of Langley Harbor. It was a quick walk to and around town.

We just enjoyed our first stay at a bed & breakfast ever, here at Country Cottage of Langley. We had reserved the Captain’s Cove for two nights, using the Microsoft Prime Card discount. The first night, it was just me (Mom), and it was exactly the peaceful, refreshing, personal retreat I needed. The second night, my husband and our two...

This is the best B&B ever. Seriously. Each room is it's own cottage (or pretty close). Comfortable bed. Two comfortable reading chairs that you wouldn't mind sitting in on a rainy day. Covered porch. Beautiful garden. Nicely decorated, but not frilly like lots of B&Bs. Friendly hosts quick with local recommendations (all of which were great). Great breakfast. Oh...and Whidbey...

We were able to go to Langley for a weekend in June2012. The cottages are on a hill about 5/6 blocks above the town and waterfront. There was a view of the water from our room and also a nice covered porch to sit on. There are beautiful gardens there. very peaceful. The food was brought to our room and...

Stayed two nights in the "Captain's Cove". Room is comfy with pretty much everything you need. Jacuzzi tub is wonderful!. Only drawbacks are that the room gets a little chilly in the winter (bring house shoes) and there is very little room around the bed so no lamp for reading, etc. The hosts are friendly and accomodating. They made us...

We booked a three-night stay in between Christmas and New Year's Eve, so it was definitely the 'quiet season,' which turned out to be very peaceful and relaxing. The owners are really wonderful- friendly and helpful, yet also respectful of your privacy. The cottage we stayed in, 'cabernet,' was very comfortable with luxurious touches like a double jacuzzi tub, bathrobes...

This seems to be my annual "go to" destination whenever I am in town. This time my BFF met me up there and once again we had a FABULOUS time. NEVER disappointed with the room, outstanding breakfast and kind, warm hosts- Tom & Jacki. They made us both feel like we were family visiting instead of 'guests'. My BFF who...
