Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No internet the entire 5 days. No updates on it either. Went there expecting to be able to work. Other than that it as drab, flat pillows, not great bedding. Seriously the equivalent of a motel 6 only the motel 6 would have had working internet.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the hotel two times in April and May. Consistency is the best measurements of quality and good service. This hotel has offered consistency in both service and stay. Positive(s): Friendly front desk staff, nice pantry with extras for stay, excellent restaurant with very friendly staff, restful rooms and comfortable beds, coffee and refrigerator in room is convenient. Ample parking. Very clean hotel! Helpful Tip: The restaurant is worth the effort. The chicken ceasar salad is great. The chef marinades the chicken and is tasty! The gumbo is very tasty also with a large portion that can be shared. Negative(s): Limited restaurants within walking distance, but nice restaurants within close distance. We will definitely stay again!

This was probably one of the worst HGI I've stayed out and there's no real benefit to being a HHonor elite member. Want water in your room? $2. Want faster internet? $5. Want cheap lobby coffee? $5. Want breakfast? $10. The fact you have to pay for coffee that comes out of a vending machine is comical. There are much better hotels in the area.

First I want to start out by saying I dont understand why ppl are complaining about not having a "free breakfast." There is nowhere on their website that says they provide one so please do your research before you tear down this property about not having one. Secondly, I live close to this location and as far as it's not being safe that couldnt be further from the truth. Unfortunately cars get broken into, parking lots maybe dark but many, many hotels across the country are the same way so how is this a reason for not staying here? My last stay was stellar! I used my mobile key and totally bipassed the front desk and I was informed by the app that my room was ready. The room was well appointed with a comfy bed, nice quality toiletries, and I loved that I could open the window. I will however agree with the many reviews on here a fan in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated, but ill take that over a toilet that is in the way of the door like so many other hotels. We are looking forward to our most recent stay coming up soon!

Very much enjoyed our quick overnight stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a possible item or 2 for children on the dinner menu. Our 3 year old granddaughter could not eat an adult meal and it was wasted. Also, remind diners with children that pepper is put on the fries. Not something most children prefer.

My wife loved this place. It was quiet and away from the freeway. All the service personnel were excelant and very personable. We arrived around 8 PM on a slow Saturday night and enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and a breakfast the following morning. The hotel was very clean and well run.

Standard garden inn, with the exception that there's no coffee in the lobby and the doors to the rooms slam even louder and harder than usual, making it even more impossible to get any rest. AC units don't really work, set it to 60 at night and woke up at 2am and it was 72. Marriott property is a better choice for Issaquah. I'm a diamond member and this property was a disappointment.

I stay 60-80 nights a year in a Hilton branded hotel somewhere in the United States of America. This is the only HGI location that does Not have free coffee. They have not upgraded anything else at this location to make it feel like a full service Hilton. I will not stay at this HGI again.

So, the fancy coffee maker has been out, (waiting on a tech). This morning as I was leaving I thought I’d grab some from the restaurant. It was busy, wait staff buzzing around from spot to spot. I grabbed the attention of one of them as they cleared a table & asked about coffee. This guy didn’t even hesitate. He asked, “just coffee?” “I got you!” Preceded to get me fresh brewed coffee (cream and all). I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it. He came in clutch! So clutch I wanted to share this up line. I told the front desk about how great that employee was & if they could share that with management. Front desk person said, “oh, that’s the GM..” 😂 I travel a lot! I’ve seen many managers hide in their cave, but to have a GM bussing tables and eagerly getting coffee, was refreshing. I appreciated it!! Big time! #leadership #thankyou -Marcus (emcee one)

We stayed in the Issaquah area for a cross country move to Seattle for our 2 daughters. We are Hilton Honors Members and used points to pay this bill. The whole experience was seamless. We will stay again should we be passing through. Thank you Hilton.
