We loved our stay at Quillayute River Resort. It exceeded our expectations. At the end of a long day, we loved being able to have a home away from home. We appreciated being able to cook dinner and breakfast at the hotel and spend time...More
One way that I determine how to rate a stay is deciding whether I would return to the same place. There are places you would never return to, places you would stay at again if you were in the area, and lastly, places that you...More
It is really a housekeeping cabin with full kitchen amenities and a separate bedroom. Right on the bluff overlooking the river. Some very good steelhead rivers nearby the end by creating the Quillayute. Beautiful vistas to top it off.

Hi, thank you for your question. We're 2 miles from the Olympic National Park's wilderness coastline boundary. Rialto Beach is another 2 miles past that. Olympic National Park also includes about a million acres of mountains and valleys, so distance from the park is largely a matter of definition. For example, we're 22 miles from the turnoff to Hoh River Visitor's Center, which is a World Heritage Site, and about half that distance to the Bogachiel river valley, which is the next rainforest valley to the north of the Hoh.
