Even though it was raining, we enjoyed the beach and surrounding landscape and our dogs had a blast. The accommodations are comfortable and everything is supplied but the food. There is a hot stove in the room and wood is supplied. There is also a convenience market, just in case you forget something. Overall, Kalaloch is a great place to...

We stayed in a cabin overlooking the beach. The views were amazing. We were able to bring our kids and our pets to enjoy the beach. The whole family had a wonderful time! The cabins were very spacious and clean. They came with a kitchenette stocked with all the utinsils and serveware you might need for a quick family meal....

We had a room in the lodge overlooking the water. It was quiet, relaxing and almost magical when the sun came out. The trip up the Hoh River into the Olympic National Park was spectacular. We took both the shorter hikes near the Hoh River visitor center and enjoyed every step. Same with the nearby beaches--Ruby and the numbered beaches....

I visited with my husband in the off season, making this a Valentine's Day adventure. While it was further away from some hikes, it was certainly grand and offered many beach escapes! The staff here was extraordinarily welcoming and friendly! They provided helpful information and tips for our first time in the park. Our cabin was right across from the...

Wonderful place to hang your hat. We stayed for three days (two nights) in one of the little cabins. Very cozy and restful. Enjoyed beautiful sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. Great staff: helpful and professional. Cheese plate with wine was delivered to our cabin; we picked up our (continental) breakfast each morning, enjoyed one in our cabin, and one...

The best part of about Kalaloch Lodge is it's location within Olympic National Park along the shore of the Pacific Ocean! This lodge is perfect for family vacations. We decided on a whim to take a weekend trip to the peninsula. I started doing some looking around and found out about Kalaloch Lodge. I booked us a "standard" room having no idea what I was getting. Boy was I surprised! We got a beautiful 2 bedroom cabin with a kitchen, a bathroom and a wood fire stove! It...

This was a winter/Valentine get-away for us. In 2-nights-3-days, we encountered both sunny, calm weather, and stormy weather. It was all good. (You just need to be prepared for the rain.) The room was comfortable and solid, the wood stove warm, and the ambience relaxing. The restaurant food is yummy. We couldn't pass up having Dungeness crab eggs Benedict BOTH...

Went in the winter for ocean views of the storms, also the Hoh rain Forest, free to visit January and February in the national park. Parking is simple and the view from the restaurant of the ocean surf is fantastic.
