We needed a place to camp with our new 5th Wheel while waiting for the birth of our first Grandson. This a very nice RV Park with a great staff to support the Park! Clean restrooms, a nice Laundry Room and good parking for any size camper! We would give the Park an A+!

This site is friendly and clean, it is just off a fairly main road, this is good for getting 2 buses into the city centre, or an Uber/Lyft to the nearest P&R station then a bus. The restrooms were pleasant and clean with a nice lake beside the site. If you are looking at this site because it is close...

Mixed reviews of this site- but we loved it - but we are a couple in our 40s and don't have kids in tow Stopped here for a night, yes it seems like a parking lot with trees dividing sites - but it's flat, there is power, water, sewer, wi fi and TV was intermittent Showers and toilets were immaculate...

We're a family with four kids that was passing through the area and needed a spot to rest for the week. We LOVED our week-long stay and would happily return. PROs: Clean and well maintained lot, landscaping and facilities. Safe park with some type of patrol day and night. Excellent play equipment for the kids. Scenic (though man-made looking) pond...

We won't be staying here again! Very tight camp sites! Not level. Restroom facilities are closed from 9 am - 11:30 am for cleaning but you have to check out by 11! Makes no sense! There is no reason to write any more characters! This is my opinion!

Worst Rv park ever. Like parking on a blacktop parking lot. No grass at all. Only shrubs planted as dividers between RV'S in small amount of soil. Barely enough room for slide with awnings not all the was out because of touching shrubs. No picnic table. Just like a wal mart parking lot without the store. Bummer. Will not go...

Pros: excellent wifi. Awesome bbq place right outside park(on street by entrance), cute lake on property even saw someone catch a fish Cons: I don't like parking lot style RV parks, kinda shady neighborhood wit pot dispensaries everywhere, looks like a lot of permanent residences. It'll do in a pinch

When trying to find an RV spot for travelers, it was difficult. Many RV parks have long term occupants (4 - 10 years). We were fortunate to find Lakeside RV Park. Definitely, a nice piece of property compared to other options and nice looking (considering Hwy 99 is just outside the entrance). Can park with vehicle near RV, more vehicles...

Tight, very tight spaces. Especially when little room for towed vehicles, so they're sticking out 4 ft or more into the narrow roads. Other than challenging navigation to and from the site, the park was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Tanya in the office were very pleasant.

We stayed at Lakeside RV Park in South Everett in a motorhome for a month. This location is not the best part of Everett, but there are not many RV parks in this area to choose from. We've stayed at most of the parks in this area over the years and find this place to be our "park of choice",...
