The first time I called Francee answered the phone and I must say I am very particular and like to ask questions when I am staying at a new place. She was so awesome, providing me with answers to all my questions and going out of her way to make me aware of all the different accommodations that they provide.... More

This place could be great. The person that checked us in was a young gal named Courtney. She was the rudest person that Should not be in a job that she deals with customers. The area around the office has some couches and TV so you can relax and use WiFi. It was so dirty that we couldn't relax there.... More

We drove about six hours to get there. We were very excited to go camping with our kids. We planned this trip for a few months. We looked around at all the available camp sites and found this perfect spot. We then payed for it for three days. Tanya in the office was very friendly and patient while we decided... More

This is the most expensive campground/resort that we have encountered. $70 for a basic tent site with no water or power. The camping sites are decent and have a nice view but the main facilities are dirty with unkept pathways, Windows that have not been cleaned for a long time. The washrooms are only cleaned once a day in the... More

Upon our arrival, we were all very excited to spend the next few days in such a lovely resort on a beautiful lake. Tanya was very friendly and helpful during our check in. RJ, the grounds keeper, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. After staying for 3 nights, we decided to stay an additional night. It was... More

Love the lake and the beauty of it. The Resort's quiet time is either 11 pm. or 12 a.m. depending on the day. That is TOO late. No sleeping; way to loud and obnoxious. Quiet time should not be at 11 or 12. Small children cannot sleep (I cannot either). Boat Moorage is way too expensive. No phone service. Security... More

This was my 4th stay at Sunbanks Lake Resort. On the second day my boat had an unfortunate trip on some rocks that put a pretty good size hole in it. While inspecting the damage one of the staff (R.J.) stopped by and was able to get two fiberglass repair kits and patched up my boat to get me back... More

My boyfriend, son (10), poodle and myself just got home after spending the weekend at Sunbanks Resort. We had a wonderful time and I will return. We took our boat and there are several boat trailer parking areas, as well as a nice dock to keep your boat overnight for a fee. There are jet ski and boat rentals, however... More

I've been camping at Sunbanks Lake Resort for years now. Late June we went camping there with a group of our friends to celebrate one of their birthdays, as well as 4th of July. When we first got to our campsite we immediately smelt a very foul smell. It happened to be a dead fish that had been baking in... More
