The road is fantastic. I stopped lots of time to take pictures. We visited during autumn so it was realy spectacular. We stopped at the main house for the key, payment and guiding to the cabin. We stayed two nights at the Woodsman cabin and it was perfect for us four. Small and cozy. The little one spread out his...

Ovenell's Heritage Inn is located in the wonderfully named Concrete in Washington. Located a short drive over the river, Ovenell’s (pronounced Oh-vuh-nell’s) is an extremely friendly, well-kept slice of relaxation. We stayed here while seeing the region and used Ovenell’s as a base camp to see Mount Baker and other parts of the area. The staff were all friendly and...

We coordinated a stay for six of us over the winter break in Ovenell's Bear Hollow cabin with a Skagit River Eagle Tour. The weather was cold and icy, but the cabin was perfect for hunkering down, with good heat, a gas log stove and everything we needed to cook our meals in the fully-stocked kitchen. The main inn building...

Five of us recently stayed one night in the Bear Hollow cabin in January. We found it to be very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a deck that surrounds the cabin that has a lot of seating, BBQ, etc. Would be a great place to stay in the summer as there are beautiful views of the meadows...

Great place and a wonderful location. Walking distance to the Skagit River, plus walking trails on the property. Fisherman's cabin was ideal for the two of us. Cozy and comfortable. Hope to go back in May or June.

My wife and I stayed at Ovenell's this past Saturday night. We only stayed one night but we will be looking for an opportunity to stay again in the future and for a longer time. We stayed in the Foreman's cabin. It says it can sleep four people, and yes there is room, but in our opinion it is best...

We were given an eagle viewing trip down the Skagit river by our daughter and family for our 50th wedding anniversary. We decided to stay at Overnells during our visit. We were warmly welcomed by the original owner Eleanor. She was very friendly and shared her home and story with us. We stayed in the Foreman cabin. It was like...

I don't even know where to begin raving about this lovely place to stay. The cabin that I stayed in (Wrangler) was so charming! An awesome propane fireplace in the main room for heat was more than sufficient to keep the cabin warm and added a nice touch for ambiance. Pretty much everything you could need was supplied in the...

This place is hidden jewel take you back in time , log cabins and you can bring your pet. A working cattle ranch with lots of very curious cattle every time you take a long walk with your pet. Had a great time, only thing is that places to eat are hard to find, great hamburger drive in, very good...

We booked this last minute before a hike into the Northern Cascades. It couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed in the main guest house due to the cabins being full and we would definitely make that choice next time. Eleanora was a delightful host, the setting was romantic, it's away the main road, and provides a gorgeous view of...
