We had 2 rooms that were open to each other. What a great opportunity for the 5 of us to be together. The motel was basic, very clean, very helpful. It is about 1/2 mile from the beach. The pool/spa was spotless and we had it to ourselves. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a non luxurious...

We've stayed at the Midtowner several times. It is inexpensive, and basic. It is not a fancy place by any stretch, but if you are looking for a cheap, clean roof to put over your head when in Chelan, this is a good bet.

This was a last minute road trip to check out Lake Chelan. I arrived at 11am on a Saturday in July. They not only had a room, it was also cleaned and ready for check-in. I accepted the $104 AARP rate for a single bed, stowed my gear, and quickly I was off to explore the area. I returned to...

Was looking for a place to stay for a impromptu weekend in Chelan. There was nothing available until we were referred to the Midtowner from a family member. Luckily they had a vacancy. Reasonably priced we took it not knowing what to expect for such a good deal. It's located a few blocks up from downtown on the main street....

Get new staff! I have stayed here many times before when I cannot get in to the resorts or want to avoid high rates during holidays. I have had the front desk hang up on my daughter, myself telling me "I didn't sound old enough" and "I was getting a room for my daughter to party" over the years. really?...

My stay there was okay. The pool is nice and their jacuzzi is relaxing. Had booked for the next day and instead got asked to leave. Bc they were booked till July the 4th. Then they said I took a pillow. Which was funny. Bc to begin we only had one big fluffy pillow and two skinny ones. I assumed...

The Midtowner is OK. It is well maintained, and pretty clean. No breakfast, and the pool opens late if that is an issue for you, but it didn't matter to us. We just needed a place to sleep, and it worked fine for that. Seems kind of expensive for what you get, but that's Chelan. ; )

Checked into the Midtowner yesterday for three nights. All evening there were construction workers from the adjacent rooms walking up and down in front of my window, drinking and chatting. The front desk lady said they would go to bed 9-9:30pm but didn't seem to ask them to keep it down (they were having a BBQ too, not great when...

We stayed one night the Monday before Memorial Day on our way to Stehekin. The room was $71 including tax, as opposed to $100 plus tax for a much smaller room at the supposedly budget-priced Deepwater Inn. Clean, quiet room on north end of the complex with a comfortable queen-sized bed, plenty of hot water in a tub/shower, a refrigerator...
