This place no longer warrants the 4 Diamond rating that AAA evidently gave it in years past. While the building is lovely and the remaining hostess did greet us with chocolates, we were later barred from access to the living & dining rooms, she gave us a poor quality cold to-go boxed breakfast rather than a hot breakfast, and never...

The ladies who ran the B&B were so lovely. The place is for sale and there is huge potential for someone to give it an update and bring it back to its former glory. The chocolates were amazing, the light breakfast was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. The "Ol' Girl" is just a bit tired. The deck off...

My fiancé was sent to chelan for work, and this was the only place in town with a room available. I came out to be with him since I didn't have to work. I'm SO GLAD we didn't pay for this. The owner, well the one I ran into a few times was sweet as pie, albeit she talked so...

People, you surprise me! When you stay at a Bed and Breakfast, you are staying in a home, not a 5 star hotel with valet parking! We loved the easy walk to town, the recommendation and reservation for dinner was perfect. The chocolates were out of this world and the light breakfast worked for us. We didn't have to be...

Stayed here in June at the end of our condo week. We walk the town almost daily when we are there and have always walked past the Whaley Manson. We wondered what it was like so we went in a spent about 90 minutes talking to one of the owners. She allowed up to tour the facility. I have looked...

Beautiful historic home but filthy. I got a tour and could not believe all the crap and clutter. This home is FOR SALE and I so hope someone buys it that will restore it to its original beauty. The hardwood floors are covered with pink or turquoise shag carpet, there are dusty plastic flowers and knick knacks covering every inch,...

Don’t be fooled by the 2 seemingly little old ladies who run this absolute joke for a B&B. But if you’re in the market for an overpriced “I want to know what it feels like to star in the next B rated campy horror flick” this dumpy house might be for you. As soon as I walked in, I got...

Booked two night stay well in advance for the Mary Kay room; on arrival we were in Bridal Suite. The problem arose probably because this B&B never did send a confirmation by either e-mail or regular mail even after 2 e-mail and one phone request to do so. That was a clue of how the business might be run. This...

Thankfully, my husband and I, along with my sister and brother-in-law only stayed for one night in this stale, unkept so called B&B. We booked last minute and there is no doubt we were suckers as we paid over $170.00 for a double bed, small shower and a breakfast in a basket. To say the breakfast was unsatisfactory would be...

Our overall experience was very poor for several reasons. Our room had cob webs in the ceiling fan, bed headboard fabric and the bedroom window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was filthy, and the window mounted air-conditioner was noisy, poorly installed, and even some duct tape was used to "repair" a hole to the outside. The...

“None of the rooms face the street so all are pretty quiet, but they're all decorated in Victorian style whereas the house is of a slightly later and simpler era.”

“They are all Victorian theme rooms with one large suite on each floor. The floors are noisy because they are old and the plumbing is noisy too.”

“Wait until the place is sold, restored and cleaned up - could be a great B&B, but it will need new Innkeepers. There are others in Chelan that are massively better.”
