Everything is geared toward the kids here from the minute you pull into the lot. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Definitely not an adult vacation but the kids will have great memories of coming here and that was the whole point. Has everything you need in one place for an easy, fun staycation.

The place has seen better days, the staff didn't seem to care about the children and did not seem excited to be there. The variety of things to do in the building was good, and they had activities that catered to all age levels. We will not be going back.

It was a great trip with our kids and friends. It was so much fun to get a chance to really play with my kids and not have the distractions of home. The kids had a great time. It's nice that they cater to families of all sizes. The fridge and microwave was very handy for breakfast and lunch.

Wouldn't spend this amount again at Great Wolf Lodge. Just lodging alone for two nights ran me almost $900. Waterpark great for kids but outside of that not worth amount of money. Recommend spending money elsewhere for family vacation.

We were all really looking forward to our stay. Our room was ready early, however, the bathroom was not cleaned. I had to clean it, and it was gross. The kids loved the water park. One of our children contracted conjunctivitis and had to have antibiotics to clear it up. If you are going, take some Lysol wipes, you will...

loud very loud until well after 11pm. sound control for the hallways should be improved. Magic quest children running up and down the hall until after 11 pm maybe turning off the quests at a earlier time would help

Lots of fun for her - highlight was santa's visit. She loved her bubble machine and enjoyed all the water features. Rooms could use a few more amenities. Very much a kid friendly place and enjoyed by my grandchildren - ages 3-15

make sure to pack your swimming suit and goggle separately so that can change easily before you get your room. My kids love magicQuest. keep the wand so that you do not need to spend money on it every time you visit.

Very expensive and everything is an upsell for them. Structure showing it's age with lot's of rust and that is very concerning when you are climbing lots of stairs for a water ride and see large amounts of rust on the support structure.
