We have been to Williamsburg many times and stayed quite a few different places, but this is hands down our favorite. The accommodations are beautiful, the hospitality is excellent and the location is unbeatable!! I'm so happy we found it. We will stay at the Fife and Drum every time we visit Williamsburg from now on.

My boyfriend and I started going to Williamsburg to celebrate our anniversary every year. This was our 2nd time staying at the Fife & Drum and we will never be staying anywhere else. We love Billy and Sharon's hospitality, the amazing breakfast each morning, and the historic charm, not to mention the stellar location! We're already looking forward to returning...

Arrival : We got to the B&B after hours and called the owners to make sure we were parking in the right place. While he did help us find the right parking spots, I could tell he wasn't pleased that I had to call him. The parking map on their website needs to be clarified. So, we got off to...

Only a block from Merchant Square, two from Colonial Williamsburg. We stayed in the George Washington room a little small, but fine accommodations. Bed was a little hard. We were concerned since we overlooked the street, and a William and Mary dorm was accross the street. But it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast was buffet and each of our 3 mornings...

Sharon and Billy are warm and welcoming and the inn is beautifully kept with great attention to details. The breakfasts are yummy and beautifully presented. We loved...

Stayed at the Fife & Drum at the end of September. The location was great, so close to restaurants, stores, and the attractions of Colonial Williamsburg. We spent our night in the Conservancy room and took advantage of the cute tub in the middle of the room. The bed was comfortable, and Billy, the owner, took time to speak with...

The Fife and Drum Inn is an absolute MUST if you are visiting Williamsburg. It is full of character yet clean and quaint and so enjoyable! The service is exceptional; Billy is absolutely wonderful. Cookies and Lemonade 24/7? Can't beat it. I felt at home the entire time I was away. I would recommend the Fife and Drum to anyone!...

the Ffe and Drum offers the luxuries of today right next door to a unique walk through some of the defining moments of US history. The host was an expert on all of the local history and was ever ready to answer questions and provide helpful advice.. The accommodation itself was of top standard and the cooked breakfast delicious.
