We had come down to see the sights of Wiliamsburg and Jamestown. The trips was good but the best part was staying at Colonial Gardens. Rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The Sunroom is a delight to relax in. It has a beautifull view of the gardens that surrond the house. Karen, your breakfasts are "Marvelous" and thank you for helping...

As a birthday surprise, my husband treated me to a night away . Our stay at Colonial Gardens was a wonderful experience. Our room was sparkling clean and the bed was so comfortable - I wanted to bring it home with us. Karen and Ron were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the sun porch and a game of checkers while having...

We were sorry we couldn't stay for more than one night. The room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous. I slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and Karen was a great hostess. She had several recommendations for restaurants. We felt at home.

Everything was lovely, great rooms, wonderful service. Only one thing we would change...the breakfast, though delicious, was served cool-ish, not piping hot.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Primrose suite. Overall we had a great experience! The only thing that would have been a nice bonus would have been a tub in the bathroom (the shower was quite small). They have four different rooms and the Primrose has the smallest of the bathrooms. The breakfast is out of this world! Karen...

We stayed at Colonial B&B as a family to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Because we took over all 4 rooms, we felt so at home. Karen cared for us in every way, yet we felt a lot of privacy. It was almost as if we were all together just in our own home. A very valuable item of...
