When you book a hotel you hope the big things are covered: cleanliness, comfortable beds/pillows and attentive staff. This hotel rates an 'A' in all of these but what made it almost perfect was the small things that showed the employees cared and went the extra mile. Mike at the Hazzah was superb sharing stories as he juggled the operations...

enjoyed Williamsburg, even in the rain. The hotel was clean and staff is friendly. Needs a rehab on putting course and pong tables, breakfast was standard. Merchant square closed it's shops too early, even though it was graduations and Mother's day, considered off season. Would go back again, loved the beauty and history of the city.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities was pretty well maintained and definitely clean. The lobby felt homey and was a great place for the family to gather and visit. There was a lot offered as entertainment: mini-golf, lawn bowling, corn hole, table tennis, swimming, etc. A great place for a family with active children.

This hotel was great because it was within walking distance to a lot in Colonial Williamsburg. The visitor center is mere steps away and the town of Colonial Williamsburg is a short but scenic walk away. The hotel itself was nice and had a lovely lobby. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and kitchenette. Overall a great...

Spent a long weekend at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. From our checkin late on a Wednesday night through to checkout on Sunday we were well taken care of. In particular, one of the front desk staff was exceptional. Her name is Coffee and her warmth and genuine interest in our well being was apparent from the first minute...

Woodlands is an excellent hotel on the Williamsburg property. It is so much easier to visit the Restored Area if you stay on property. You can park your car and not move it for your whole visit. You can ride the shuttle buses or you can walk to historic spots, restaurants, or shopping. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful....

I loved this hotel. I had only a short time to visit Colonial Williamsburg and this hotel was close enough for me to make the most of my short visit. The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly, the rooms were clean, the location was within walking distance to the historic town.

You can't beat the Woodlands for value, service, and a lovely trip to Williamsburg. There for my daughter's graduation from William & Mary -- have stayed at the Woodlands every trip to the 'burg and will miss it! I will have to find another reason for a week-end getaway to the Woodlands. Especially awesome staff, from the front desk to...

Loved the walking trail to Colonial Williamsburg ( well in our case the scooter trail) Our room a suite was large enough to bring in the two scooter into, the front desk had told us that if we needed we could leave them out in the lobby. My husband was quite surprised with the breakfast, he didn't think it would...
