We stayed here in late October/early November so it was VERY quiet in Virgina Beach. The units were very nice - nice kitchen, very nice bathroom and the fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. The layout was a bit strange because you first walked into the bedroom - which caused it to be a bit noisy as...

Yes, it's noisy. The sound of the "strip" right out front is so loud at all hours of the day. The sound of the rooms, doors shutting, people above, people in the hall...you can hear the suitcases rolling down the halls - ba dump ba dump ba dump - there must be no insulation in this place! The kitchens are...

Turtle Cay Resort is a decent property with some compelling amenities and luxuries, but also some drawbacks. This was my first time to VA Beach so I can't measure it against other properties there, but this could be a nice play for a stay if you are aware of the pros and cons. Pros: We had a one bedroom suite,...

Turtle Cay advertises it is a slice of Key West in VA. But I don't think Key West is at all like this place. BTW: this is a Timeshare facility. First the positives: 1- It is in a great location 2 - Apartments are spacious 3 - Staff is very friendly and does everything to please. 4 - The sound...

Stayed here for the Neptue festival, exchanged thru interval. Efficiency room was nice and large but only one tiny window with a view of the hallway and a side street. Unlike others I knew this was not ocean front so I did not expect ocean views but did expect a view of the court yard and pools that they are...

We were at Turtle Cay from 9/18-9/24. We had a 1 bdrm king suite that was perfect for the 2 of us. We were on the 2nd floor and had an end unit with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Our unit had a huge bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Never had any issues with lack of hot...

Awesome accomodations. Stayed there a week from 9-3 thru 9-10. I had a 2br unit, so my unit was spacious with a lockout 2nd room with separate beds, bath and kitchenette. Largest rooms on the boardwalk BY FAR. Largest pool too. Kid pool was nice for my son. Parking is under building which was nice as well. Every1 needs to...

I went for a weekend trip for a getaway, and it was a very nice stay. Its close to lots of sites, and the room is very spacious and clean. The only problem that we had was an issue with the hot water after we used the hot tub. It took hours to get hot water restored in the room....

This individual owner (owned) hotel is charming and looks like a property found in Nantucket or Key West. The pool area is its strong feature ideal for families especially with small kids. The charm stops here... -if you book a studio like we did expect to get an angled corner room that is dark (ours faced a busy roadway). -the...
