First room was filthy and the a/c was broken. The unit was so hot, we were afraid it would catch fire. They gave us another room a/c worked well, the rest of the room was a disaster. The plug for the hair dryer was split in half, I immediately unplugged it. The refrigerator gasket was brown and split. I wondered...

I booked this hotel for a stop through while travelling. The website made it look like a decent hotel for the price. When we arrived - no AC at check-in. Ice makers broken, one drink machine with brown stuff and dirty towels on floor. Free continental breakfast was 3 kinds of Little Debbie type cakes. Free high speed internet was...

Rooms were dirty, cobwebs in the corners, carpet was nasty. Bed & pillows were horrible. The tv cable ran through the middle of the floor. At least it was quite... Won't be back. Good location though, right off the interstate.

Outdated hotel. The office where we checked in was not air conditioned and I felt sorry for the nice lady that checked us in. I was intially disappointed with the booking process over the phone - if we canceled even way ahead we would be charged at least $25 and had to prepay and print out the voucher to check...

Room needed to be cleaned better. Bath towels were aged. Windows and floor not clean. I was on first floor and there was constant noise coming from the rooms above me and on the balcony well after midnight. Management should be responsible for maintaining loud guests.

The beds were old and worn out and the room smelled. The pillows were old and the bathroom was dirty. I told the receptionist that I had a disabled daughter and would prefer the first floor and she was very quick to say no. The stair were had cracked cement and the entire place looked dingy. I will never stay...

My girlfriend booked this hotel during a cheap weekend getaway to wine country. It was cheap and easy to locate, however there was mold in the bathroom and the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was nonsmoking. I recommend paying a little more for the holiday inn up the street.

Our destination was Bridgewater College. To avoid the higher price chain motels on I-81 centered around Staunton and Harrisonburg, we stayed in Verona. So if you are willing to drive to the two cities and the greater selection of restaurants and still be in a safe rural area, you can save on lodging. The Knights Inn fits this criteria. The...

I arrived at this hotel after looking on Priceline on my mobile as the snow fell heavily outside. After driving in the blinding snow, I arrived at the hotel to explain that I would have to book some other way as it was past midnight and I could not pull up the hotel. The lady said that under NO conditions...

We stayed here on our way to Virginia Beach. It's no Hilton but sure got the job done. Pool was nice. Staff was nice. A good place to lay your head and heat some rest. Def would stay here again. There are a few places to eat right around this hotel which makes it very nice. Plenty of parking.
