Surprisingly nice place to stay. Very clean. Nice staff. Good linens. Quiet room on the tree side upstairs. Birdsong in the morning. Totally renovated and very well done. Wish there was more to the campus and the rooms - color or flowers - or pretty pictures in the room. We don’t eat the breakfast because we are quite persnickety about our unprocessed food. It is an American fare, though can’t comment on it. Pool not available yet. They’re renovating it now. Very nice motel for people who predominantly stay in hotels. Family friendly. We’re in for two weeks.

My room was pretty good for the night. Had a two burner range, sink, a nice fridge and freezer, walk in shower, desk and great ergonomic chair, and a nice staff. They even checked me in early. Honestly, I was surprisingly shocked! I'd stay again.

Clean great location on our travel to Florida from Ontario. Pleasantly surprised also room smelled so greasy and clean. The girl at the front desk for checking in was helpful and checkout easy. Couldn’t stay for the real fast but was encourage to take something for the trip. Thanks

very clean room...close to highway a little noisy but we were so tired that we fell asleep anyway....could use holders in the bathtub., I fell as it was so slippery and had nothing to hold on to...apart from that, all was satisfactory and yes, we would stop here again instead of Staunton. We appreciated the reasonable rate.

Who would expect that a motel looking place would be so good? I saw high ratings but still was sceptical. There is even a gold reward from 2022 from Choice hotels dispalyed at the front desk. They deserved it, spotless room. All surfaces are shining with cleanness. Some notes for improvement.: I need more than 2 towels, the floor is freezing. Also need some hooks to hang the towels. Breakfast eggs we uneatable, and there were no meat or bagels. The only thing I could eat there is a waffle with cofee and yogurt. Normally I would knock down 1 star for a poor breakfast but for $55 plus tax - I can't complain. I would take that room even without breakfast. You can't beat such a clean room for a price like that. P.S if you a light sleeper ask for a bulding facing the antique store across the street. Because the 2nd building facing the noisy highway…

I was a little hesitant at first because it is a renovated motel. BUT, it is awesome! The rooms are recently renovated; it's super clean; and the STAFF are OUTSTANDING. We unfortunately had our car break down in the parking lot and the staff went out of their way to help us get our trip back on track. I can't say enough nice things about them; from finding a car repair place, a rental car place; and then they drove my husband to the rent a car place before they closed!! Just super nice, decent people. I booked them for our return trip, and I'm GLAD I did!!!

Staunton is at about the midpoint of a trip that we make often, and this has become where we like to split the trip. This week was the first time that we had stayed at this motel, and we were greatly surprised. Without making a list, I can say that it was a totally positive experience, and it will probably be our future preferred stay in Staunton.
