Staying at Inn at Old Virginia was an absolute delight. Every need was met before we even realized what that need was. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view. Eating the perfect breakfast in the beautiful setting was one if the highlights of our stay. Our only disappointment was that we could only stay one night!

Stayed there first weekend it September. It was a surprise from hubby, and I couldn't have been more delighted. We stayed in the barn in one of suites that had a garden tub. You had me at garden tub! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is delicious! Can't wait to return.

Such a lovely pre-Civil War Inn and renovated barn Inn! Appreciated the hardware floors and wonderful view from the barn room. Sleep number bed, beautifully appointed rooms. Noticed a gorgeous upstairs suite with an even better view. When I checked in, great attention was given to breakfast due to my food allergies, and it was all perfectly planned. I so... More

My husband planned our 40th Anniversary Excursion all by himself. I was a bit leary given the fact the last time he planned something was our honeymoon and it was nothing to write home about. So he was not allowed to plan any vacations after that. :) However, I was a bit anxious when he told me we were going... More

This Inn is top notch. Rooms very comfortable and impeccably clean. Delicious and ample breakfast using fresh ingredients that would appeal to most tastes served in a sunny conservatory at our own table. Beautiful surroundings giving the impression you are secluded, but a few minutes trip into town. Eve and Deana are genuinely friendly and helpful. A wonderful weekend escape... More

We stayed here on an overnight trip from Asheville, NC to DC. The Inn is close to the center of town of Staunton, VA (10 minutes) but located on the rolling hills of the nearby Shenandoah. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable with all our needs attended to. The staff is very friendly and genuinely hospitable. Very comfortable... More

We spent one night and wished we had more time. The staff was friendly but not over-the-top with it. The very comfortable rooms were spotless. The bed was very nice and the sheets especially nice. Breakfast was excellent with yogurt, fruit, sausage and blueberry pancakes. Coffee was available throughout the day or night. The property has beautiful grounds and the... More

There is nothing but good things about this place - the innkeeper and staff, the rooms, the breakfast are all first class. There's even a discount for parents of graduating seniors at all the surrounding colleges and universities during graduation week. Never hesitate to stay there.

Thank you so much. Having had 2 daughters in college, I understand the "challenges". So for those who have "kids" in college from Harrisonburg down through Lexington (and maybe a few "over the mountain"), we give a 10% discount except on Parents' and Graduation weekends. We will charge only our regular rate on those 2 weekends. Glad to help any... More

We stayed overnight at the Inn. We stayed in a newer room just completed called the Wheatland. The room was awesome! It had a sleep number king bed, full kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, and even had some drinks in the refrigerator! Deana and Eve were very friendly and made us feel at home. The property is beautiful with a view of... More

Our family reserved the entire B&B for the celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary in August. The atmosphere was excellent, the rooms were awesome and the food was delicious. The owner is delightful, gracious and could not have been more helpful. A wonderful get away for a weekend or during the week!
