I periodically visit Smithfield, enjoying the town's charming shops, delicious restaurants and hometown atmosphere. I have stayed at Smithfield Station on multiple occasions because it is just as charming and quirky (in a fun way) as the town itself. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the...More

We are so glad that you are enjoying yourself, and the weather seems to be taking a turn for the better !
A wonderful place to spend a weekend. The accommodations were lux. The room overlooked the harbor and boats. The restaurant food, servers and bar tenders were fantastic. Really enjoyed an evening around the outside fire pit. Perfect weekend.
We have a jacuzzi room with a balcony. We used the balcony yesterday, before the afternoon wind made it too chilly to stay there--just reading, drinking & relaxing. Then across the street, across the boardwalk to Windsor Castle Park for our afternoon walk. Afterwards, we...More

The Captain Sinclair Suite, the top level of The Lighthouse, is absolutely the best place! Once you have stayed there, you are spoiled! The walk from there to the restaurant is maybe 50 yards? The shops and lobby are all along the area behind the restaurant. And the outside it is connected with a boardwalk type walk. The lodge rooms with fireplace and jacuzzi are newer and pretty, we asked to see one when they were being built, really nice to get one on the back side with a balcony to look out over the water.
