A group of 8 of us went for dinner last night. We had a wonderful meal and a lovely evening. We used their free shuttle both ways from Martinborough which meant everyone could relax and have a good time. Highly recommended!

Popped in on a Thursday night to check out the new menu. The place looks amazing, fresh paint, all new furniture and its super clean and well presented. The three of us all ordered different mains from the menu and they were all stunning. I personally had the beef burger and it has to be said that its the best...

Yum! Go! Beautiful setting great food amazing service. Cater to the whole family. We went for a family lunch and there was a large group from kids to grandparents and every plate was delicious. The service was great with the owner and manager checking in regularly.

This place looks rough from the outside but the food is awesome. Good value and not pub grub. The lamb roast abd sirloin steak are to die for, and the sticky date pud and cheesecake are a must. The hosts recommended an awesome red wine to have with dinner and they were so welcoming. We can't wait to come back...

My husband and I stopped at the Tin Hut on our journey from Wellington to Napier yesterday afternoon and were made to feel very welcome by both Matt and his barman (sorry didn't get your name mate!) your recommendation for the steak n cheese & duck n oyster pies were superb, they certainly set us Pommies up for the drive...

This is a must "stop off " when cruising the Wairarapa. For a "cuppa" or a meal just the best. The Staff and Proprietors are so obliging and can't do enough for you. The food is to die for and they make a mean coffee. Hosts Matt and Lisa are warm, friendly and ever so keen to help. Watch out...

We had a meal at the Tin Hut and we were very impressed with the quality of the food, and the level of service. Staff were very helpful and attentive, and they seemed to genuinely wanted to know how the meals were (rather than the forced question everyone asks at most places). Would certainly go back again.

We were welcomed by Matt and it was warm and cosy as we sat with a drink waiting for our friends to arrive. We then went to the dinning room for our meal which we must say was absolutely fantastic and the service was even better. We will certainly go back there again for a meal and a drink.

After a recent stay at the Tin Hut, it is my pleasure to write what an enjoyable experience it was. From the friendly, above and beyond service to the beautiful views and surrounds, the Tin Hut is a fantastic retreat! The location is easily accessible with only a 3 minute drive to Featherston and 10 minutes to Greytown. It's location...

We stayed in The Apartment which I'd highly recommend. It is HUGE and extremely reasonable, especially if shared between two couples, i.e. make maximum use of the two bedrooms. The room was also lovely and sunny, well appointed & comfortable. I got great service from when I first emailed about making a booking until the time we checked out. I...
