This is a very clean Parador with nice rooms some of them need renovation. If it rains during the day there is no hot water available for all the rooms and some of the mattress need to be change. Other wise the service is very good the food at the restaurant is good they have facilities for meetings with reasonable...

Hotel is in a good location and area, clean and has two great pools. Rooms have standard size beds not comfortable for tall people. Management should consider having various rooms with king size beds.

Okay I have noticed the last few reviews on this property. Yes they can use some updating, but compared to Some who call themselves FIRST CLASS, EL Faro is where I stay when I visit my mother in law. It is peaceful. I love watching the birds in the morning.Yes my phone did not work the last time I stayed,...

The worst nightmare ever. Starting from management team all the way down, this people need more training they do not know what they are doing. Also i felt very disrepected and saddened by the way the staff talk. The place is nice, however be redy... People there have a lack of professionalism, knowledge, effort and dessire.

A value for the price if you choose the right side of a flipped coin. Some rooms definitely need a renovation. Electric wiring, air conditioning and adequate mattresses are in dire need. However, ambiance, service, pools and restaurant are very good. If improvements were made, they would surely merit an increase of value. My first visit 2 years back was...

We were in Aguadilla for business and probably had 15 rooms. Everyone had something wrong with his or her room. Some were as simple as no hangers in the closet. Some had Raid resistant bugs. Exposed wires. Dirty floors. Noisy ac units. You have to ask for hand towels and wash clothes. The front desk staff is very pleasant and...

I stayed here last December. The room was clean and the two pools were very nice. I ate at the restaurant on the premises and the food was excellent and prices were reasonable. On a rainy evening I was offered a delicious soup that was not on the menu. I enjoyed it on a cool brisk evening while listening to...

I recently travelled to PR for a weeding in the Aguadilla area and stayed at this hotel with several family members. The hotel have easy access to the highway and it is close to Crash Boat beach, Aguadilla Mall and many restaurants. The downside is that you must drive because there is nothing within walking distance, but I rather drive...
