The staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked about parking - there isn't any! but I found a space on the street around the corner to park in until 8.30am. I was given a key to a room and told the previous occupant had decided to kick the door in so a new lock was fitted and was sticking...

Absolutely disgusting would not let my dog stay here. The staff are rude! Room was horrible and very noisy asked to be moved and the staff just didn't have nothing to say. Woke at 9 by the cleaner when u don't have to depart until 11. Never stay here again

Staff was great. Bed was uncomfortable I got all of 1 hour sleep. Room was fairly clean. Windows need repairing as you slide them up to open them but then they don't stay up. Shower was useless. We payed for the breakfast as needed to head out early due to partner starting basic training. We was under the impression it...

I was dreading my visit to this hotel having read some of the reviews on here. In fact I was pleasantly surprised for £55 a night so I was either very lucky or people's expectations are too high for this budget hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and being offered a free drink on check in was a nice touch....

Downside:- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The booking was a shambles, the hotel even rang and asked about an hour before our arrival, ''that as I had 3 rooms booked could we manage with 2, and have a camp bed added to one room?, as the hotel was overbooked?'' ..what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pre-arranged rooms, ( after several phone calls in the weeks before arrival), were...

Stayed as a base to visit Wimbledon. The hotel is right in town centre and 3minute walk to train station. There is a Whetherspoons opposite so we didn't book breakfast. The hotel is very basic. The room was clean but very hot. There was a fan provided which did help. We didn't spend any significant amount of time in the...

Yes it's cheap. But it is no cheaper than other places that still manage to be clean. I cannot recommend it at all. It is a shame I didn't choose somewhere else. Advice: choose somewhere else. It is difficult to say anything else about it.

Booked in with business, hotel well placed but surrounded by clubs and pubs and no parking so it's expensive using town centre car parks. Room was clean but run down, bed was comfy to worked well and lots of tea and coffee. But the breakfasts. For the money don't bother. You tick a basic choice and it's delivered to your...
