Booked 2 rooms for 1 night after a Liverpool FC match. It was literally a 2 minute walk a from the train station. Both rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfy and it was nice to stay somewhere that had a decent shower( also had a bath). We arrived and were greeted by really friendly staff, the resturant was serving...

We came up to Liverpool for the Liverpool Legends game and needed a place to stay but the hotels near Anfield were a bit pricey so we decided to book this hotel which was £70 for 2 nights. After reading the reviews I thought maybe we were taking a big gamble but after arriving here we are amazed at the...

I was in the area and was pleased to find that Campanile had rooms available. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy. The cost of the room was very reasonable. Wifi was available which was a definite plus point for me. The only downside: 1. you can hear everything that's going on outside. From...

+ points: Parking was good, breakfast was good with a good selection of cold & hot food, plenty available. -ve points: The room was dingy, poorly laid out, the bathroom was about adequate, access at night wasn't geat, mattress far, far too soft.

Bates Motel is the first thing that springs to mind on entering the Campanile! Very Alfred Hitchcock. The reception staff also doubled up as the chef... meaning I had to wait until another guests food was served until I was able to check in. I was given a room on the second floor, despite being a lone female checking in...

Booked a room to stay after watching football in Liverpool. Short train journey out of Liverpool and the hotel is situated a few hundred yards from the train station. It's basic, but great value. My friend and I stayed in a twin room. Checked in by an incredibly friendly and helpful member of staff on the front desk - he...

Staff where lovely, friendly and helpful when checking in. The room itself was nothing like the pictures online. It's very dated and very tired. When we got to the room it was a bit worrying to see metal shutters on the windows, also a bed side light was hanging off the wall. There was also people screaming and shouting until...
