The hotel was clean and tidy, shame they didn't do breakfast only the "breakfast box". Just Romford itself was...... Different, wouldn't go back. The only shops seemed to have consisted of Poundlands and BM bargains you wouldn't want to wonder the city alone in the day let alone at night.

Not worth even the cheapest rate, was there for over 10 days split over August. Has homeless, in there waiting for accommodation, so lots of them hanging around outside, , also, later drinking outside, lots of dog ends from smokers littering the pavement. Room it was hot over August, both rooms booked, windows would not stay open. Also window opening... More

Cheap & cheerful hotel, room was clean and bed comfy. However the room was unbelievably hot on arrival (33 degrees!) and with a baby it was potentially dangerous (overheating can cause SIDS). Due to the heat we were unable to sleep & baby was irritable all night. I would have rather paid more for a better hotel with air con.

Disappointed that the only breakfast provided was in a box despite adverts in the room stating they had hot breakfasts available! Good that they allowed pets to stay and that they provide a family room for families of 4!

I booked a nights stay to get some much needed sleep and had to stay in Romford. Fantastic value for money. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and nice size room. Good location. No noise and pleasant stay.

We stayed on a cool day in August but the rooms were sooooo hot, even with the window open and a table fan running all night a poor nights sleep was had by all. Bags of permanent residents belongings in the reception area and corridor were a bit off putting. Central to everything if out in Romford for night.

Polite and friendly staff. The rooms were a good size and clean, though the shower for my liking was a bit temperamental (difficult to find the right temperature and pressure). The hotel has a great central location for what I needed and the added bonus of close parking available at a discounted rate.
