Travellers' Choice
With its boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, Wilmslow is one of the UK's most pleasant places to be. You're nestled between the bustle of Manchester and the dairy fields of Cheshire, and if you want to go further afield, Manchester Airport is just up the road. Spot a deer or two roaming in Tatton Park. Or do some serious plane spotting at Aviation Park. Visit some big name retail stores at Trafford Centre, or keep the little ones amused at Quarry Bank Mill. Once you're done come back and relax at the hotel in our super-comfy kingsize Hypnos beds and enjoy a delicious meal at the Harvester restaurant next door.

Stayed 3 nights. They have worked hard to make it covid safe.- hand sanitisers, rooms not cleaned during stay unless requested,, extra tea, coffee etc bagged up to minimise hand contact. Standard rooms. East to regulate temper are. Bed comfortable . Only downside was that I am only 5ft and found the bed high to get on and off Restaurant still closed due to renovations.

Always an excellent stay in a clean and comfy room. The COVID policies in place make you feel as safe as you can be in the current climate. Attached restaurant currently being renovated but plenty of good eateries nearby.

2nd visit here as we have relatives close by. Booked room on ground floor due to mobility issues, so was surprised that there was a bath rather than shower = couldn't use it. To be fair we queried it and were told that we could have a different room if we 'really wanted to move'. Due to current restrictions and extra work for staff (deep cleaning etc.) we chose not to do this. Perhaps an assumption shouldn't have been made, so lesson learned there! However, we were aware that the restaurant facility was still closed since our last stay there some 10 months previously, but were not offered any breakfast box as stated in your advertising, and after some discussion, were handed a map of local eating establishments. we do appreciate that there are difficulties at present, but please update your website accordingly.

In a time when we are all having to cancel Holidays it been great to see that some people still treat customers with compassion. I had 3 rooms booked at the Premier Inn Wilmslow ( a hotel I have used several times and always received great serve for cost) unfortunately we had book the hotel well in advance before the dreaded Covid took effect, we booked 3 100% cancellation rooms, we then had our flights cancelled and could not go. I spoke to Kelly the Assistant manger who really went more than the extra mile to help, she managed to re book us to a date we could now travel, and managed to get us a refund on the room difference. She is a great asset to the Premier inn brand, I know at present they maybe in the process of looking at potential redundancies, I would definitely try my up most to retain this Premier inn gem .
