Firstly this isn't a out to get hate review it is simply the truth. I have stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions. First time I had to plead with the hotel receptionist to allocate us another room , as I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room consisting with on going flies. This was so bad I was...

The first stay at Arinza Hotel was a fairly good one. The room was compact, but comfy enough (there is air conditioning); hanging space was limited, but OK; the bathroom was small, but I've seen smaller. Breakfast is delivered to your room, at a chosen time and it was bang on time. It's a tray of mixed pastries (packaged) and...

The hotel was very nice and clean and the room was even more nicer. Very clean shower room as well. It was much more better than I expected for the price I paid and the shocking thing that the hotel had air conditioning which not many hotels in Ilford have. The night receptionist was a very jolly guy and very...

We choose this hotel because of proximity to where we were going. The rooms are small and the bed was too hard. Coffee/tea was available, as well as blow dryers in the room. We paid for the continental breakfast served in our room. It was reasonable and fair.

Stayed overnight for a trip to the Olympic Stadium. Hotel was extremely convenient for train station which was a 10 minute journey. The room was ok, basic but comfortable. The floor was very bitty with grit on it and the room, positioned on the ground floor was extremely noisy in the morning. Staff were friendly and it was ok for...

Carpet dirty and smelly. The only window was a sky light which hasn't been opened in yrs.Why not open it at least once a day to let in some fresh air. The continental...

This was more like a bed and breakfast, except you had to pay for your so called breakfast, rooms small, no ice or fridge or any other amenities, no lift, you have to carry your suitcases up by yourself, spend more and stay somewhere nice , hotel employees no helpful at all

“We stayed in room 10, the bedding was extremely comfortable and the private bathroom was impeccable. There was air conditioning a electric kettle and instant coffee and milk packets. The floor was carpeted and there was a flat TV too (although it had no signal, but we were informed and asked if we wanted another room instead, we didn't care but was our personal choice, since we couldn't care less about TV anyway) the Wi-Fi signal sometimes failed but overall was a very good room, with card key lock. we're happy overall with the room and hotel.”
