They say, ' you get what you pay for ' this place is cheap, but is it tatty, poorly maintained, in need of a refurbishment. Who ever owns it obviously doesn't want to spend any money on it. There is no central heating on at night, and the room I was in had a broken window. The photos on the website...

All the reviews I have read on this place were largely true. Unfortunately I booked last minute and didn't check trip advisor. Staff barely communicate, and the area is not suitable for a female lone traveller. My first experience of the room was my shoes sticking to the rancid carpet, glad I took flip flops. I wouldn't even Put my...

We arrived to a hotel to find nothing like the photos on the website, chipped external walls worn timber front door, broken blinds and a sofa chair sitting in the car park waiting for the dump, we were greeted by an unfriendly male receptionist who we told the external of hotel was nothing like the website and ask he show...

The guy on the reception was very rude when we needed to amend the booking, as soon as we walked in we knew we would regret it. The carpet was grubby, the blinds broken, the toilet stank, hairs and stains on the bed sheets and pillows, there was a fly in the room, we had this itchy feeling the whole...

Nice man on reception when we arrived. Big family room. Had room with double bed and then through double doors, another room with two singles. Odd there was a big fridge in double room...that hadn't been safety checked for 2 years!! Light was hanging precariously from ceiling. Some of the electric sockets didn't work and other were loose, but stuck...

Glad it was just the one night, they should be paying the guests...

If I could give this place no stars I would! This place is an absolute dive and I wouldn't want my pets to stay here. The room and hotel stinks. The room has holes in the wall sweets stuck to them and the ceiling. The lights are hanging off the wall, the mirror is smashed into 5 pieces, the radiator...

We knew before it was a cheap hotel so we hadn't great suspections. For all it was okay. Small room but it was clean. Breakfast was normal for English standards. Nice people at the reception! In 30minutes are you in the center of London, so that's super! At the hotel we had free parking.

I stayed here after a Wedding on Saturday 18 October 2014 and was impressed with the 24 hour reception for a hotel which really represented more of a guest house the room was spacious. Although the shower was dirty and I did have to clean it before entering it although they did have a nice bottle of shower Gel free...

When I first walked in I thought What on earth have I come to but when I was shown to my room it was clean and tidy. No tea or coffee so I went downstairs to ask, everything was there to make it and biscuits suppled which is fine unless you wake up at 3 in the morning wanting a...
