Customer service at the restaurant wasn't great at all. Come to think of it, it's expected to have a high standard of service. The staff were snotty and seemed fake. The way they greet is monotone and no smiles. table beside us was served first but we came in first. It was a bit of a mess really. They asked...

My friend & I meet up every six months or so for a much needed catch up with a few drinks, a nice meal & to generally get away from it all. The Laura Ashley Hotel suited us well. We were happy with our room. It was clean & comfortable and had a few 'interesting' mod cons. The staff were...

The manor is one of my favourite hotels to date and I could not fault the staff, the rooms or the food that we received. Our room was spotless, very well decorated and comfortable (although...

I brought a lunch deal through Travelzoo and was delighted at the food & service me & my Mum received. We would definitely recommend and will certainly go back. The house is beautiful and the gardens lovely for relaxing with a Pimms or two.

This is a beautiful old building in lovely grounds with a view of the London skyline from the terrace Apart from an initial misunderstanding about a deal we had booked from a particularly resistant member of the reception staff, which was amicably resolved, this was a really pleasant stay The room was spacious and clean; the staff were efficient and...

We had a night here through Travelzoo, included bed, breakfast and 3 course evening meal. Nice surprise on arrival to find we were upgraded to a junior suit. Room was OK, a little old fashioned but no problem with that. Good size with seating area with a nice view down to London. Only bad thing with the room was the...

We had afternoon tea. I would highly recommend this. Very good service and very nice food. We had booked a package night stay. Evening meal, room and breakfast. The room we had was upgraded. I found it was a long walk of many stairs from the main hotel. The room was clean and everything you would need for a night...
