Last year we stayed in the Aztec hotel so this time we chose the safari hotel. We definitely prefer the rooms and the view over the reserve was fantastic. It's not every day you can wake up with a cup of coffee and watch zebras and ostriches! Kids slept well in the bunk beds and it's a great sized room...

Very good stay, loved the view from room, wifi was not working, no access to regular ta channels which is a bonus, just a NIGHT LIGHT could have helped as its mainly family with young children, had to keep the bath/shower room light on all night, which is not economical to hotel. Tea/coffee making facility with Nescafe, some biscuits, nothing...

Firstly the positives, parking is easy, there's ample space and it's right next to the hotel. Check in was very good and the staff excellent and helpful, there was a long queue but again staff made this quick and I was very grateful for their efforts. The kids club in the evening is great and the team put lots of...

We booked to stay here during our 2 day visit to Chessington world of adventures. The hotel was great. Fantastic theme all the way through. We had a family room, with 2 single beds and bunk beds, as I was with my three children. We all thought it was great. Clean and tidy with everything you needed. During the evening...

Stayed in Safari hotel over the Easter for my daughters 6th birthday. Booked this trip in January and been really looking forward to it, Especially my 4 year old. The hotel was lovely and clean and the view from the room was amazing. But some of the staff clearly need more training, check in could run alot smoother resulting in less queueing if everyone knew what they were doing. I booked a...

Absolutely amazing experience for any family. It's extremely pricey though but worth every penny! I'm already saving up to go back! Lol The themes aren't just confined to the rooms. The entire hotel is an artistic masterpiece. It truly is stunning! There's even a little treasure hunt with a prize in the room waiting for the kids :-)
