Great stay, felt relaxed but heating in room not working but offered another room and meant moving everything and it was late but portable one switched on for us. Would definitely stay there again.Cheers

Everything clean & comfy in hotel with friendly, helpful staff in attendance. When I rang for a ground floor room as there is no lift, I was allocated one with no problem. Very quiet room too. Downfall was the restaurant, a Beefeater - usually very good but this was the worse one we had encountered. Slow muddled service for dinner,... More

Good: friendly staff, decent sized rooms and comfortable beds. Bad: massive damp issue, the hallway stinks of it, the room was even worse - which is magnified by the fact that the heating doesn't work consistently.

Apart from loud voices coming from the room next door ( not the fault of the hotel) I had a good stay here. Parking was easy, no road noise and the restaurant was good value for money. Booked late and consequently paid more for the room than I would have if I'd been better organised.

Too much light outside some of the rooms , curtains cannot block. DO NOT stay in rooms 103-112 203-212 and 303-312. They are right above service area and very noisy. Rooms that overlook the giraffe enclosure are the best. No light bleed and very quiet and the bedrooms are great. Super king size beds. Breakfast very hit and miss. Not... More

The rooms in the new extension at this hotel were absolutely lovely. They were tastefully decorated, spacious and best of all, they had great soundproofing! I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and would definitely recommend the new rooms. I stayed earlier in the year in the older section and could hear everything from the next room including their... More

A very welcoming hotel, gives you exactly what you expect, a comfy bed and a good nights sleep. Free wifi is good, didn't seem worth paying the extra £5 for the premium version. Definitely go for the breakfast option well worth the £9 for all you can eat and kids eat free.

After an exhausting day queuing for rides which kept packing up at Chessington World Of Adventures, we booked a family room online half an hour before arriving. This was because our two daughters under the age of eight would never have made it home on the train. Following a six or seven minute walk, we arrived at the hotel, the... More

Check-in was quick. Was given good advice on the nearby restaurant (and the long queues), and given alternate options. They had an iron and board at reception (not in the room). Bed was comfy. Rooms do get warm, so open the window as soon as you get in. Only negative was the bath - the water was 'warm' and not... More

I couldn't recommended this place higher. We arrived around 4 and the staff checking us in were kind and helpful. They are currently in the middle of a refit. We were upgraded to the new section, which is lovely. Currently no air conditioning, but it's on its way. So a high class premier Inn, a great nights sleep. And a... More
