We booked a 3 person room for 2 nights as part of our motorcycle trip. Our needs were very basic, was used only as a base. The room itself was spacious enough, came with 3 beds as you'd expect, 1 king and 2 singles. There is no parking, however there is a public car park less than 100 yards down...

We have stayed at many Travelodge’s; I think the one at Newport Isle of Wight is one of my favourite. As usual we had a good stay However the visit we had last weekend was spoilt by one thing. When we went for our first buffet breakfast there, a couple arrived and they had a dog with them – in...

From outside the building is very modern, but inside it looks as though it's been there for some time. The rooms are a good size and the furnishings are of a good standard, but the bathroom is dated and the room that we stayed in needs a few coats of paint. This particular room had been in the sun all...

As always, bed was very clean and comfortable but shower curtain ripped, picture on wall cracked and broken, and huge build up or dust around edges of carpet, no hairdryer... overall just looked very tired

The bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly. But that is where the positives end. The bedroom was very very small. When showering the shower curtain didn't work, water went everywhere, and was filthy. The meal was very expensive and they couldn't bring everything out at the same time as the bar staff said 'we only have 2 microwaves'....

Although disabled accessible, a PA would have to sleep in the same room if you might need them during the night as there are no interconnecting rooms. And that would mean having a single bed, and not enjoying the luxury of what would otherwise be a good king-size bed. Also, only two sockets, on the other side of the room...

Outstanding service was received from Check In as a member of staff agreed to come in early and cook breakfast before the usual opening hours so we could have breakfast before our charity event. This and the cleanliness of the room. The only downside was the camp bed was not suitable for adults and there was some noise from other...

The main benefits are: large room, very good location (close to sainsburys, high street, bus stop). The toilet area smells of urine even on the first day of arrival. The white shower curtains are absolutely filthy and brown with stains. I have had to use this hotel twice (due to desperation) and both times I have to clean the room...

Would not recommend as it small and out of date. Uncomfortable beds, rooms need a good clean. Poor selection for breakfast. Food average. Reception area looked more like a refugee centre. Over all very disappointed
