+ tasty food with quick service + first line in front of the awesome beach + modern design + cleaning is good and fast - the evening show happens every third night only. The show might start with the delay for 30 minutes, and management of the hotel doesn’t care about that. - additional payments for drinks over lunch and dinner, even for water. Also you pay to change the pool towel. - gym and spa for only one room at a time, so it is booked week in advance and it’s pretty hard to find a slot to visit one or another. - most of the audience is 50+ (though it might be a positive side for someone).

We were very impressed by the location of this hotel mid way between Salou and Cambrils. It was situated on the beach road meaning you only had a couple of yards between the hotel and a beautiful clean sandy beach.. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean . Staff keep all the public areas rooms and pool area spotless. The rooms had tea and coffee facilities which were replaced daily and though we were at the front of the hotel there was no noise from the road on which the front of the hotel is placed. Food was varied and there was always something for every taste. Staff were fine but there did not seem to be enough of them to clear tables quickly and the dishes piles up in between courses. As it was due to close in two weeks it may have been that staff had been let go or moved on as part of a seasonal work force. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds and chairs. The hotel is in a quite area and you do need to walk towards Salou for more entertainment or Cambrils in the other direction if you wanted a more Spanish feel to your holiday. This town was full of lovely restaurants and little cobbled streets with little coffee shops. As it is a marina the sea front eateries sell excellent fish dishes. Don’t expect pubs as it is not that sort of resort but a lovely gem of this coast line. Salou is busy and more focused on bars and cheaper eating places. The promenade is lovely and very wide with plenty of seating and a lovely area to sit and sunbathing and watch the world go by. The beach along this coast line is lovely clean sand which goes on for miles. If you do not fancy a walk along the coast from one resort to another there is an excellent bus services along the main road which takes you all over this area with buses to Barcelona for those more adventurous. In all we would recommend this hotel and the area for a great holiday.

Hi we have been coming here a few years now at this time of the year. Hotel itself fantastic very clean they work really hard. If I come back to the same place I don’t know why but I need the same room to feel comfortable last year they couldn’t do it and I didn’t really enjoy it but they went out of their way to make as enjoyable and comfort as possible anyway they arranged it for me this year and I can’t thank them enough. THANK YOU. Everyone is so helpful if you need anything ,reception I can guarantee will do there upmost to make it happen. Massage was really good and great value. The only down side this year was the food I’ve never had a problem I’m vegetarian but this year I found hardly anything was labelled which makes it difficult I had carrot soup one night and I think it was meat stock.... the food wasn’t very hot and we get there for opening so really disappointed in that maybe new chefs.... I don’t know but never been like that previous years even husband said if was hit and miss and he dosnt complain about anything. And the weather wasn’t great but that’s know one’s fault so all in all we had another great week thank you again and probably see you next year.

Booked a junior suite and had a gorgeous sea and pool view from the balcony. The staff who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and kept the room extremely tidy and clean. The food was delicious and had a wide range of foods however it was often the same thing every day so after a while it was quite boring and on some foods there was little seasoning. Having a sea view meant that there was often a lot of noise from the evening entertainment. The TV had little to no English speaking channels and the WiFi was extremely slow and had restricted access unless you payed for the premium. The lift was very small and so could get very cramped. The master bed was comfy however the push up beds for the children were very uncomfortable so they had to have blankets on the mattress as the springs poked through. However, the area was very pretty, having a sea view means you were away from the busy road which means there was little noise.

Our second visit here, in a good location, just across the road to beach and sea, forty minutes one way to Cambrils, about the same the other way to Salou,or bus at front of hotel.Reception quick and efficient, all dinning room staff friendly and accommodating, room is kept very clean , asked for extra pillowcases, arrived in minutes. Unlike some hotels, the dinning uses cloth table covers and linen serveats, at dinner, and the wine is excellent at €9.50 for house ,red, rose, white, and drought lager at €2.50 , makes for a better experience .Food is of a good standard, plenty of choice never had to wait for a table. If you wish to explore different bars ,there are three or four about ten minutes walk at front of hotel, also two mini markets just outside the hotel. This year we took a Tui trip to Montserrat Abby, €57 a large amount but was excellent tour given by Michael (rep) given access to behind the scenes of the monastery, out at 8.15am back for 6.30 pm, lots of places to eat there, but take a picnic there are lots of fantastic areas to eat. We never go to the hotel entertainment so Carnt say what it was like, plenty of Sun beds, and many table and chairs around the pool bar, for book reading ,people watching, bar menu , limited, but pizza €8 hot and cold baguettes €4.50 other items all around that price. Negatives! Our room was 1032,so on the bottom level, just above where staff have breaks (smoke) and where bar staff empty the bottles every night about eleven (noise) On the plus we did have a great view of the sea, from there, wouldn't put us off going again , just might ask for a different room. A big thank you to all the staff that coped so well when the storm hit, if it caused any problems ,no one was any the wiser.
