We were worried after reading recent reviews but needn't have been. Our room had a nice view of the beach and the room was adequate. We'd only booked on a cheap last minute holiday so didn't expect too much. The rooms are cleaned every day except Sundays and Tuesdays. All the staff are really friendly especially the guys in the... If you have any mobility or health issues this is NOT the place for you. Our first visit to Gran Canaria didn't start too well. Bus took nearly two hours from airport to hotel. Room was not like what we had been shown on booking, so asked to move. Room to shower before flight home was disgusting....

Bit apprehensive when I booked last minute booking due to low holidays. Lovely location but a bit isolated with great sea views. 10 minute walk to anfi beach or 5 five minute car ride from peurto rico. Entertainment not great considering location. Food ok for adults but not much choice for children especially a fussy eater like mine. Room and... More

Upon arrival. We got a meal pre packed from a resteraunt. Very considerate. They knew we were coming off a long plane ride . It would have been good if the food looked apealling. A piece of fish. A piece of pork and some rice. That was all dry. We all thought this was what would be served in the... More

The best thing about this hotel was the fact that it was very close to Anfi beach which is by far the best beach on the south coast of Gran Canaria. Otherwise... THE STAFF: some of the unfriendliest people I've ever met. When we arrived we got off the bus with a large group of people. It felt like this... More

This was a last minute holiday booked through airline. All inclusive hotel. On arrival evening very helpful front desk suggested meal first then check in room. Good idea since nourishment needed for walk up service road and steps up to upper pool area and more to room. We sussed out service ramp after a few days, easier on legs! Room... More

We just came back from a two week holiday. The holiday was great and the hotel was basic but very nice. The room was ok beds not very comfy but biggest problem was there was no air con at all in the rooms which was annoying as the room was so hot. The restaurant was lovely as were the waiting staff,... This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. When I called to ask if the rooms had air con, I was told yes. Only to arrive in 30 degree temperatures at 10:30pm at night when I walked into the room did I find out there was infact no air con so we had to hire a fan... More
