Nice hotel in good location. Excellent Restaurant & Bar. Nice friendly staff. Our only problem was we never got our room cleaned or sheets & towels changed, despite 2 reminder which apparently was due to us booking via an RCI exchange. If you book directly with the hotel your room is cleaned everyday except thursday when the cleaners have their day off.

Quiet resort on outer eagle of town but close to a multitude of restaurants. Outside of building looks dated and shabby but apartments are relatively recently decorated and are clean on arrival. Pool area small but clean and recently updated. However no cleaning at all during week or linen/towel change unless extra payments made. At least one clean and towel change should be a basic requirement. I reported a sticking door to balcony, no one came to look at or attempt repair. No air conditioning just a small fan which is totally inadequate in warm weather.

Lovely friendly hotel, clean with all the basics you need.Area hotel is in may not be for everyone but I like the walk through the mostly residential streets into the old town with plenty of local cafe's and shops. Staff are all friendly and helpful.Good gym and squash court if that's your thing and laundry facilities. Pool a bit small but life guard was always on duty and area always clean.Great snack bar on site doing lovely beer and cocktails.

This place was ok. The restaurant downstairs was nice and the waitresses and waiters were professional. Next to the room. The sofa beds were pretty bad because when you jump onto it the bed flips over. You could upgrade the sofa beds The cleaners only cleaned my room once this week and the next week they didn’t clean it at all. The shower in the room we transferred from was flooding because of the drain. The location was nice because you could walk down the front. The pool was awesome and it was nice and clean. I will probably come here again but a few things you could fix. We were room 115 and the door structure to the bathroom door was peeling off so you could get someone to fix that. Th3 balcony was nice and the view to the pool was amazing.

2 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 14, we arrived late evening and was quickly allocated our room. In our first room, the bed settee was faulty, and we were allocated another room the next day. Me and my wife slept on the bed settees, and I can honestly say they were the worst I've ever slept on. The mechanism was very strange, if you put your weight on the centre of the bed it unbalanced the whole bed and swallowed you up! I would think twice before booking if you're going to want to sleep 4 in a family room. One thing that got on my nerves was the screaming and shouting from the squash court, the sound carries right up from the gym/court area right onto the pool/sun lounger area. The pool area is nice and clean, pool is not v warm. Sun loungers are good. Staff are good at dealing with any issues. Location of hotel is not bad, top end of the harbour area. I t can be windy up this end of Corralejo as its quite exposed. Overall, the hotel was ok, I personally wouldn't recommend Corralejo as resort, it disappointed me, more a couples place than a family resort. The main street with all the shops on is just a high street from any town really, no sea view to speak of, just shops, and more shops really, And the huge amount of restaurants in one confined areas all asking for your business every 30 seconds can become very wearing after a couple of nights. Overall hotel was ok, remember it's only a budget place, clean, parking is good for hire cars, I never failed to get a space.

While not the most idealistic views, it is close to the sea, the harbour, the nightlife and the beaches... everything except the bus. Staff are generally helpful and the room are kept very well. They have a pool and area to sit around and enjoy the sun for most of the day. There is also a small gym there. All you really want.

Nice modern apartment spoilt by less than firm mattress, rooms cleaned on a regular basis, sheets and towels also changed regularly. Jewel in the crown is the heated outdoor pool and the well equipped fitness suite. Most sun beds are of a good standard and pool and sunbathing areas are well sheltered from prevailing winds. Hotel is in a great position close to harbour and 300 yards from bars, restaurants and Music Square. Booked through Hotel website and got nice private studio with sea view. Would definitely stay here again

Well equipped modern apartments and friendly, helpful staff. Apartments were cleaned most days with fresh towels and bedding. Pool area is clean and had no issues with sunbeds no matter what time of day we went to sit by the pool. Walking distance to the marina, beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay.
