We stayed in an apartment we booked through Airbnb which had the advantage of knowing exactly which apartment we would be in, which was well maintained and in a quiet position on the complex. We were impressed by the facilities for children and the general maintenance of the outdoor areas. One pool was heated enough to take the chill off and there are plenty of loungers spread around the pools. For a 3 star we felt this place had plenty to offer. Being self catering we did not eat in the main restaurant but had some reasonably priced meals at the outdoor pizzeria, which included a very tasty half chicken dinner we found big enough for 2. We can recommend Oasis Dunas for families.

Returned after staying for a week the previous year. This is a large complex but is low rise and comprises 2 floor blocks. The grounds are well landscaped with trees, shrubs etc. There are three pools and plenty of sunbeds.Would recommend that guests become familiar with the layout as it can be quite difficult finding your apartment at night. We were on the ground floor this time but last time on the first floor where there is access to a roof terrace. The one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had plenty of storage space. We were in the B block of apartments which is furthest from the pool/bar area and therefore the most quiet. However because of the location of the complex there is little outside noise disturbance. We stayed half board but the only alternative is full self catering - B&B would be a useful alternative for guests. Food was standard for this grade of complex and there was sufficient choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. From the hotel it is a 20/30 minute walk to the main restaurant area around the port but there are plenty of bars/restaurants/shops closer to the hotel. There are largish supermarkets close to the hotel so full self catering is not a problem. It is around a 15 minute walk to the sea front but all walking is mainly on the flat. There is a large water park across the road but it closes around beginning of November. Although of no relevance to us it would seem that children are well catered for here.
For the home journey, of interest only to smokers, there is a large open bar in the airport after check-in/security so there is no need for the last desperate cigarette outside the airport doors.

The kitchen is very basic if you are doing self catering. The microwave is very high and no dishes are supplied to use in it. We bought a teapot, 2 mugs and a microwave dish. The complex was very good for families. It had 3 lovely pools. The laundry is excellent for people staying longer.

Emphasis on the affordable here, this is not a five star resort and others have perhaps reviewed unfairly. For a three star hotel, there is plenty here to keep everyone happy.
Our ‘superior’ apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, everything worked ok. Others had said cheaper rooms are dirty and dated - just pay the extra!
On site facilities were good. Our youngest loved the play parks and the ice cream, there are plenty of pools to choose from and three Euros at happy hour will buy enough beer to keep you going (it’s even cheaper in the onsite mini market - just saying)!
The dining hall felt a little crowded at times but there was a decent selection of food for breakfast/evening meals and just enough variation across the week to keep us
satisfied.
The staff work hard and are pleasant and friendly - cleaners missed a couple of expired cockroaches but we’ll forgive them!
For Corralejo town centre, this hotel is ideal, it’s a short walk around the corner and just a little further to the beach.
One point for improvement, which everyone had stated, is the lack of WiFi. No good reason not to offer this within the price.
Overall, for an affordable family getaway and some cheeky winter sun, this hotel ticked all the boxes.

just come back from a week in feb 2020 with wife and 10 year old daughter, we flew from east mids with jet2 and stayed half board in a pool view superior recently renovated room, we paid 820 quid total for this, inc the 60 pound voucher from jet2 from the previous holiday, in my eyes a total bargain and we had a great relaxed family holiday. this was our 21st time in fuerte and the 7th holiday in corralejo. we have stayed at the suite atlantis twice, H10 suites and the alisios and now here, so happy go go anywhere from 2 star to 4 star as the resort offers everything we need, great beaches, wonderful weather, lovely locals and every cuisine catered for. i was not expecting much for the money to be honest so was very surprised at the standard of the room we had, it still smelt new. beds with memory foam mattresses and very comfy indeed. rooms quiet and peaceful location, grounds very well kept, 4 choices of pool with one heated, pool bar with good snacks and on site golden goose pub. we were half board and the options were limited but like i say we didnt pay much so no issue at all here, we ate breakfast every day and stuffed up with lots of choice first thing and good coffee, dinners were basic and we only had 3 out of 7 and enjoyed eating out the rest of the time. all staff and i mean all staff were brilliant, so friendly but professional throughout, always with a smile and a chat, with lovely restaurant staff the grey haired chap and especially the very pretty 33 year old girl with the glasses! she'll know why i mention her age, ha. perfect transfers, perfect flights, jet2 staff spot on at both ends and in the air.. is it any wonder thomas cook went under. anyway, we really enjoyed our holiday and honestly cannot understand why anyone would complain about this place unless they are expecting 5 star for 3 star money or just enjoy complaining and knocking people - you know the sort! i would note though i never noted the standard room, perhaps they are basic/dated, i dont know, so i would say take the hit and pay the extra for the superior rooms, its not much more and you wont be disappointed. we will be rebooking this week for another holiday within the next 8-12 months here. thanks all, james, chris and isabelle spencer, leicester, england.

This place has a lot of conflicting reviews because some rooms have been modernised and some have not . We stayed in a room with pool view A 206 that was modern and also had air conditioning, beds comfortable towels new , very clean no cockroaches. Food OK just about , sometimes it was cold but there was a microwave to heat it up. If you book this hotel / apartments make sure you pay the bit extra for a superior room.

Just come back from 1 week away staying here. We had a great week, the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean and tidy and at a satisfactory level for a 3 star hotel. Beds were very comfy and we slept well. The kitchenette was well equipped with plates, pans, cups, bowls, cutlery etc. The appliances were 2 hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle so we made a few meals some nights. The pool and grounds very nicely kept apart from a few tiles on the pathways which were broken. Only moan would be that there isnt much lighting at night especially on the stairs. Entertainment was good and activities on everyday even thought its quiet season. Pool bar had great food and drink and the pool was clean. Overall a fab week away, hotel is an average 3 star hotel, clean and tidy, dont let other people with high expectations put you off, we would return.

We went here as a family holiday for Xmas and new year with grand children, as we walked into the room there was a terrible smell as the loo was leaking.
3 times they tried to solve the problem. I eventually told them where the leak was coming from hooray.
There was a fight between some other guest outside the bar one night and the blood was still on the floor 8 days later.
The room was mopped right through bedroom, living area and toilet with the same mop not rinsed or anything bearing in mind the leaking toilet, the language barrier was terrible.
It was a total utter disgrace

We went with Jet2 on the 10 March for two weeks, on the second week Jet2 phoned we were booked to go home on for wed, 10min after that the cleaner gave us a note to say the hotel was closing on Friday. Due to CV. Sad to lose a week but happy to go home. We normally stay at the Fuentepark Apartament but they were £200 extra. Our first time at this hotel so we were apprehensive after reading some reviews but were pleasingly surprised. Our room (One Bedroom apartment Plus) was clean, fresh & had everything we needed for self-catering. The grounds are nice three pools and entertainment with 2 for 1 happy hours at pool bar added to a very enjoyable (one week) holiday. Great for family’s with kids, quiet in March as there were very few children. Corralejo is a marvellous town with great bars and beaches.

This is the second time in the last six months we have stayed here, both times we booked a pool facing room and had no complaints about the rooms, cleaning service 5 days out of 7 and clean towels 3 times a week. Entertainment was a bit lacking, but this is due to the pandemic and the fact that the hotel was less than a third full. Cannot comment on the food, as we were self catering. Pools are good, but not heated, but not a problem for us. Free WiFi is limited to a few hours in the morning at reception, when in this day and age should be free in all hotel areas, came with jet 2 and overall good value for money
