We stayed at Tres Islas for 10 nights half board. We have been many times previously. It is a lovely hotel, all staff are very helpful, service is excellent. Great location as we love to go to the beach, the views are stunning. Food is excellent. Some people say it seems dated but this adds to its charm, everywhere is always kept clean. Landscaping is excellent. My only criticism has to be that now the hotel is also offering all inclusive, it becomes very busy at times, having to que for access to restaurant. Staff were always very apologetic & did there utmost to cope with the volumes of people. Thankyou to all staff at Tres Islas, see you next year. Mrs T

The Rui tres Islas palace feurtaventura. I can imagine that back in it’s day it was amazing , however things have moved on since then. Shower curtains are just not what I expect in a 5 star or 4 star hotel for that matter. The hotel needs a complete modernisation, some aspects could be saved like the art deco bar and some of the other decor . However the beds are very hard, good for the back but the bed linen is not so good and the pillows are awful . The food is good but repetitive so if you are staying longer than I week it would be boring . The service and staff are very good and very professional. And the cleaning is very good . The sun loungers have no cushions so very uncomfortable. Apparently they were removed due to covid . The chairs and sofas on the terrace have big comfy cushions so I cannot understand the reasoning behind removing the cushions on the sun loungers . The beach is right outside the hotel but unfortunately you have to pay for a lounger on the beach . Hard to accept if you are all inclusive. Lovely grounds but the pool requires maintenance as the tiles on the floor of the pool are worn due to age. Definitely not 5 star as advertised by tui. The hotel has a 4 star sign underneath the name on the outside. Tui rate it 5 star. Not sure why this is .

We have been coming to this hotel for 15 years and it’s just lost the wow factor. Upon arriving we didn’t get a glass of cava. No fruit in the room, bottle of water and a welcome home note. The staff are what makes this place and every where is clean and tidy and you can’t fault the hotel for that They have changed the dining room set meal times and to be honest it’s ridiculous. Not covid friendly as people are walking around looking for empty tables or queuing out the door because the restaurant is full. The staff are under pressure to clear tables for guests waiting and no soon as you’ve finished the empty plates are taken. Twice have we got up for desserts has our table been reset for another guest The dress code has been relaxed and I enjoy been smartly dressed for dinner and some guests look like they have come straight from the beach. One evening a man was set with a baseball hat on back to front eating dinner and nothing was said. The swimming pool is in urgent need of repair and also dangerous with missing tiles. I couldn’t believe I couldn’t get a sandwich for lunch, this is a 4 star hotel and couldn’t get a snack for lunch. The new manager doesn’t listen to feedback and appreciate changes need to be made but he needs to develop people skills. Walking up and down the restaurant making the staff feel uneasy isn’t good and not helpful. The staff don’t need this, they know what there doing so leave them to it. Sadly next year it will be time for a change to Gran Canaria

Stayed for 2 weeks our 3rd visit we where apprehensive because of covid but honestly felt safe and relaxed well done and thank you to all the staff who do an amazing job the most polite people who ensure you have everything you need and ask about your welfare every day. The hotel is old but clean and comfortable we where out up to 10hrs a day the beach is beautiful and pool area is clean and covid restrictions in place 2 meters apart as on the beach also the restaurant is set out 2 meters apart. We where all inclusive this time and the food was lovely as where the drinks!. The weather was amazing wall to wall sunshine. We went with tui plane spotlessly clean and and transfers smooth both ways.Tui rep was lovely to have a chat to and had excellent knowledge of the island. Hope to visit again one day thanks to all the staff for making our holiday special stay safe everyone

Hotel with a great location, directly on the beach and far from Corralejo town center. Very well located to the sides of the world, which allowed you to observe both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Perfect service both at the reception desk and in the restaurant, as well as cleaning services in the room. The menu for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner is very wide - a large selection of meat, fish and vegetables. Very good (unfortunately !!!) desserts, i.e. cakes, cookies and ice cream, which made the lashes dizzy. The sanitary regimes related to the pandemic were very well followed, i.e. the temperature at the entrance to the restaurant was compulsory and the use of hygienic masks was obligatory. After each guest on the tables, the tablecloths were replaced with new ones. The pool bar functioned very well, pampering guests with drinks brought to the sun loungers. It is worth using the ALL inclusiv option because then nothing is missing and the drink selection is very wide. We chose the SUX1 suite room and got a great room on the 4th floor with a wonderful wide view of the ocean. We are very, very, very pleased and we will definitely come back there because the rest was really great. We have been to many hotels also by the RIU chain, but this suited us best.
