Check-in is at one of 2 receptions. When you try to sort something, it always needs to be done at the other one! Our first room aircon was broken and the bath/shower leaked all over the floor. We were moved quite quickly to a room in which the hairdryer was broken, the wash hand basin cracked and the paint in...

Where do I start! Food was awful, no entertainment and your not told when you book that the hotel is actually in 2 parts! ( where your dropped off is a hotel with a completely different name but it's part of the same hotel!) We went all inclusive and we're told to only use the bottom part of hotel which...

Just back from a week here, what can I say,...we arrived,we had to check in at the hotel next door, greeted by a lady, who took our passports to scan.....then was asked for 50 euros per person deposit, we were given a photo copy of a map of the complex, and door key..........we went in search of our room. We visited hotel Bahia in mid July of this year for a family all inclusive holiday. Upon check-in we had to walk up a large amount of steps to another hotel as Bahia's reception closes early. We were asked for our credit card details, signed some forms, given our key and a map. After about 20 minutes of walking around...

This so called hotel is nothing but a self catering establishment and not set up at all for all inclusive basis. It's not got the know how , management , staff or experience. You get the feeling that the hotel know you won't be back so why try. All the previous negative reviews are so true in regards to booking...

Like mentioned in other reviews - there is some crazy confusion with check in. You cannot check in in the actual hotel, you check in in the other. It's not a big problem, unless people at the reception are not competent enough and you end up running between one reception and the other. Which was the case. We went there...

I consider myself to be a positive person, I can find good out of every situation, unfortunately I am really struggling to say anything positive about this property. We booked the holiday on a All inclusive basis, this has to be the worse property we have ever stayed in and we have been to hundreds of all inclusiives firstly it...

A very pleasant hotel. Lovely big rooms with everything you could need. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, good shower. Everything spotlessly clean. The grounds are well maintained. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you into Playa Blanca for a cost of 1 euro 40. (This is the price no matter how far you travel.) Unfortunately, there is...

The staff in the bar and restaurant are run ragged they are very short staffed consequently worked very hard. They where helpful and friendly. The staff in both the receptions where very rude and didn't give us all the information needed when checking in!!! Leaving us running up and down to get a remote control for the tv and sunbed...

This is a resort that is quite isolated with very minimal facilities although the Rubicon Marina is a short bus ride. The food was quite good and plentiful also the staff very friendly, however on arrival we had to pay €50 before we could access the room or get our all inclusive bracelet, you have the option to pay with...
