We spent more than a week in this hotel. The hotel was super nice, the cleaning was excellent, and food was delicious, but not for everyone, since the buffet food was not of a 5 star hotel. The best was the Italian restaurant. Very good shows. I have noticed, that one day the show was delayed an hour, and a girl "Kiowa" or “Ciara” came to explain to us about what had happened. He was very kind to everyone present. It made our night happy . My husband and I were so struck by how young he was, and despite that he did not stop and was the only person who attended us all one by one. My 5 stars go for her and that night

Myself and my husband went for a day trip to the spa here and it was pure bliss. The spa facilities were incredible and the treatments were so relaxing. Everything about the place was the epitome of a relaxing spa experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back before we head home

Our 3rd time here, but this time under the ‘Secrets’ ownership rather than Hesperia. Well, we were not disappointed in any way. Everything was perfect. Staff, dining, rooms, pools, loungers and 1st class service. Such a perfect 10 day holiday. Especial thanks to Chloe for going above and beyond to make our holiday so special. We will come back here, it’s a ‘Banker’ where you know you’ll have a good time. Thanks to all the staff, you were always attentive, and helpful. Gracias. John & Janet xxx

Positives. Clean and run by friendly staff. Negatives. It is a two class hotel, preferred (people they want) and ordinary (phebs to pay the bill) This is not enforced by wrist bands or different towels so the choice is pay considerably more and have some of your fellow guests having a free ride or go ordinary and have all the best bits of the hotel you saw on the photos not allowed to you. Lovely beach side swimming pool NO. Bar overlooking the Sea NO. Hotel piano bar NO. Even if you book Preferred the beach side bar closes at 6 pm when there is 2 hours sunshine and temp was 24c. Ask the empty sea side fish restaurant for a gin tonic at 7pm and get told 'not without a meal' ! The bar available to the ordinary customers at this time is the draughty shaded hotel steps with a view of the ordinary pool area. I could see the point of this if half the hotel was used by half the guests but as it stands half the hotel is used by 10% of the guests. Why does not the web site label the pictures as Preferred guests only here ? Come on hotel management be fair with people or charge everyone the same rate and have on class only. BTW check in took 20 minutes as the booking name was one letter different to my passport and need two staff and my credit card presented twice.

Had an amazing time at this hotel and was greeted by the lovely Italo with some champagne and cool rags to clean our hands. Overall the hotel and experience was amazing. There were also a good amount of restaurants to pick from.

Had a 10 day beak in early May. Firstly the staff are amazing, the Hotel is spotlessly clean and we couldn’t have been made more welcome. We upgraded to a suite and the room was excellent. We stayed on the 8th floor and had lovely sea views. We also booked breakfast to the room one day due to it being my Birthday. I think we could have fed a whole family. The location of the Hotel is perfect very quiet and only a short walk to the port which has some good restaurants. The food in the Hotel is typical all inclusive and a little repetitive so we ate out most evenings. It would be lovely if they had BBQs as I feel this would be appreciated by the guests. We would certainly visit again and big thanks to all the amazing staff who made our Holiday so enjoyable.

The hotel is in the perfect location with amazing views and only a 10 min walk to the town along the coastal walk! The staff are all lovely and are happy to help you whenever. When you arrive they ask you if you would like a drink and they also give you a cold towel We arrived at 12 so our room was not ready yet but they give you a call once it is and they will hold your luggage for you. The food was also great the buffet had a good choice of food and you could get fish and meat freshly cooked for you. The steak was very nice! The breakfast buffet also had a good range of food between sweet and savoury. We only tried one a la carte which was the Italian which was nice but for us personally we preferred the buffet as there was more choice. We had lunch one time at the barefoot grill we enjoyed this. On the final night we ate out in the town we were half board so we swapped dinner for lunch which was not an issue at all. We had a standard room which was beautiful and we were very pleased with the size of it and the balcony view. The bed is massive and very comfy. The hotel has a group of cats which me and my partner loved as we are big cat fans! If you do not like cats I wouldn’t let this put you off as they keep to themselves if you do not go up to them. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to other people! As all the staff are lovely and the hotel is beautiful. We did not have fight to get a sun bed you could go down after breakfast and there would still be enough to choose from. We only stayed for 5 nights from the 13th May to the 18th but wished we stayed for longer! We hopefully will be returning in the future to stay for a little longer!

Recently returned following an all inclusive week. What can I say apart from excellent. We arrived late in the evening and welcomed by front of staff and Konte who brought a glass of Cava and escorted us to their dining room. Konte then took us to our suite which was amazing. Food and drink were of the highest quality and the selection was great too. All areas of the hotel were maintained to the highest standard, our light in the shower failed and was repaired immediately. Gym had good, modern equipment and open 24 hours. Every member of the team were polite, friendly and always had a smile. On our last day we arranged a late checkout and Konte was there again with a final glass of Cava and a cold bottle of water for the return coach. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Just returned from a weeks at Secrets on an all inclusive basis. Great welcome at the end of a long day travelling and quick check in. I was in room 602, a sea view double. Nice room very close to reception but more annoyingly the piano bar, which has live music every evening. As I was travelling alone I didn't spend the evening in any of the hotel bars but simply sat on the balcony enjoying the views and sipping my vodka. However a relatively early night was impossible as the noise from the bar was far too loud. The hotel has six restaurants, two of which are informal and again, as a lone traveller I didn't bother to get overly suited and booted to go to the formal venues to sit on my own so I had dinner in the World Cafe. This is a buffet style and to be honest the food was average. Nothing particularly wrong with it, just not inspiring. I did have dinner in my room on a couple of evenings. A fairly limited menu but nice enough and also included in the all inclusive package, apart from a tray charge of €5. The pool areas are lovely and the Barefoot Bar opens at 10.30 each morning serving food and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds but limited shade at certain times as the parasols are fixed so you may be playing musical sunbeds in the afternoon. All staff were lovely, really nice people and very happy to help. In particular Konte who works in the reception area was a star.....a bright beaming smile at all times! I would definitely return to Secrets but would probably upgrade to the Preferred Club which offers exclusive rooms, pool and restaurant and is well away from the piano bar!

The resort, immaculate, cleanliness spotless, staff lovely. rating is based on food being very average. It’s what I would call typical 3 star cuisine. To give example, the bluwater grill steak probably the most tasteless rib eye I’ve ever eaten. Not a fault of the chef if the cut isn’t great but it wasn’t seasoned at all either. Jacket potato was basically a biggish salad potato, not a jacket. The breakfast buffet amazing selection but things like fried eggs not left under a heat lamp, so cold when you eat them. This may sound picky but it’s not a cheap hotel and wouldn’t take much to lift it, so I’m giving constructive feedback I hope. The rooms were impeccable, clean and very nicely done. The spa, well best massage I’ve ever had, big thanks to melody! You’re amazing. One thing I did want was to be able to buy bottle of champagne in a bucket for pool area. Appreciate the no bottles or glass policy, but maybe work out a solution so people can buy a nice bottle of something to drink by the pool. We had a lovely time here, it wouldn’t take much to lift it higher!

Dear Neil, Firstly, we are thrilled you loved our facilities, our cleanliness across the hotel and our hotel team. Feedback always highlights issues of concern or success, so thank you for your observations these have been noted and will be discussed. Slowly but surely, we are redefining our food & beverage operation to meet higher expectations and an operable standard to answer varying demands and the vagaries of airfreight and fresh produce. Guest Experience monitor, resolve and solution all issues as efficiently and promptly as they can. If we can’t meet your satisfaction entirely, we try to come as close as we can. A member of our team attends the World Café both at breakfast and dinner times. We are there to greet you and hear of your experiences, also to let you know that we can achieve so much for you if you inform us. Our Spa is "our jewel" and their massages bliss, some special hours which you will remember. Thank you for your special mention to Melody! Without a doubt, we would love to see you return. Don't hesitate to let us know at guestexperiencemanager.seclz@secretsresorts.com Wishing you more ocean magic. Chloé Binham Guest Experience Manager
