Enjoyed a great experience on a business trip to the Tri-County area while staying at the Holiday Inn in Norton, VA. From the fantastic breakfast, cooked to order each morning, to the extremely clean rooms, attentive service and wonderful southern hospitality at every turn.
I would no recommend this hotel because of the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the Morning staff. Very rude restaurant staff and young man at front dest needs additional training in guest relations. I would never recommend or will I ever stay at this facility....More

I am not sure about the type of pet accommodations available at the Holiday inn in Norton. I do recall a lady who had a medium sized "moderately vicious" dog on a leash at the Norton location when we were there. We had children and she wanted to make sure they didn't go near it, as if she actually thought they or an adult would be that silly, considering how it was behaving. You should call probably them to ask.
