This hotel is perfect for family. A lot of fun for your kids, great food and nice accommodation. We got sea view and it was awesome! It’s at beach, close to shops, restaurants. We enjoyed if for 12 days.

Food is delicious, service good and fast. Pool is ok, the beach is a dream. Overall ok, BUT don’t accept the room 1416. We were registered as Economy guests in the hotel system and this wasn’t true! Check this carefully. We paid even more for the accommodation and got this horrible room, it was at the main road, we couldn’t sleep a single night in peace, we could hear the others take showers and flush the toilet. It was a room for disabled people and we are not disabled. It was disgustingly dirty. They sell it as an upgrade because it’s Seaview. What an irony…we could only see the main road and supermarkets.

I had problem from the very minute of the arrival until my last second in the property. And I still have cause I need to claim reimbursement from the additional cost I had to contract a taxi on a hurry to get to the airport. So the story unfortunately did not come to an end yet. I had a great room , well cleaned and unbeatable view. Well maintenance of pools and the facilities in general. I did not get the full package with meals WHICH IS AN OPTION of your booking but the selection was unpleasant from the very beginning till the end. No-one in the staff know how to manage and worse we were rude treated in every service (staff did not expected we speak Spanish as mother language) Just on the arrival were I found out there no room service at all in the hotel!! So we arrived tired from the trip and with no mood and snacks in the lobby was the only alternative. Finally a chapter for the checkout and transfer payed through the web page of the hotel which staff in the reception did not have a clue it exists and less could solve the situation, but they were only focused on getting rid of us, and for sure the only solution was to pay extra 100 bugs and get on a taxi and claim afterwards. Overall annoying experience.

We travelled as a family of 2 adults, 3 kids and my parents also travelled with us. Before we even left for Majorca we had to complete a pre check in for the hotel which was totally pointless as when we arrived at 2am we had to complete the check in all over again! The hotel is divided between a number of roads which is not stated anywhere on the website. We stayed in a 1 bedroom garden apartment which was across the road from the main hotel but ideally located as we were beside the splash pool & another pool however to get a sun bed you would want to be up at 7am as they were reserved when guests were going for their all inclusive breakfasts! The hotel was predominantly German and the activities were all geared for this including the mini disco and shows (not much English was spoken)! We were self catering and I am glad we were as the one night where I had wine from the bar it was poured from a tap!! Disgusting is not the word!! The pool bar beside the pool we swam in was not open which was very disappointing as there was no where to get a snack/ drink during the day unless you were all inclusive! The reception area is far to small for the number of apartments / guests staying in the hotel there should be a reception area for each block to avoid long delays at reception! Our keys were cut off the day before we were due to check out and I was 25 mins waiting in reception to have them activated again! The reception staff really need to be re-trained in their customer service skills, majority of them were extremely rude, unhelpful & didn’t really want to know unless you were Spanish or German! The day we were coming home I was sitting in the reception area, I took my mask down to have a drink of my water and the guy behind the reception rudely addressed me and told me to put my mask back on..Sa Coma is absolutely beautiful & I would return to the area however I would not return to this hotel, the location was ideal but there were a number of things I found very disappointing especially for the money we paid (expensive) !!

Only positive i can find is the location, right on the beach, pools are quite good aswell to be fair. Unless you are German this hotel is not very inclusive. Everything right down to the kids mini disco is all german based. My children were looking forward to the disney show only to have to listen to Disney songs in.. yes you guessed it.. German. All the kids mini disco songs were in either German or Spanish. Animation team very rude to the children. Adults standing in front of children trying to watch the disco. Booked a ground floor apartment, ended up on 2nd floor. Asked at reception to be moved who said there was nothing available until half way through our stay. Hotel is split over a road. Reception side is nice and modern, the rooms across the road are run down and in need of freshening up.
