We booked 10 nights at this property. The first apartment we were given was on the ground floor, just a few yards from the gorgeous inviting pool. The apartment was airy, spacious and clean. We were very keen to dive into the pool as it was really hot, needed a cool down! After our refreshing dip, as we were going in and out of the apartment and the pool, we noticed two men in their thirties sat on sun loungers facing our apartment, watching our daughters, mainly our 14 year old, with their phones aimed at her and showing her thumbs up. This made me feel uneasy and I noticed from then on that they were watching her every move and staring into the apartment when she was inside. I immediately went over to the reception and notified the gentleman on the desk, and requested to be moved to an apartment on the first or second floor, with more privacy. Understandably there wasn’t much he could do late in the evening, but they moved us the following morning to a second floor apartment. And that was bliss! Privacy, no prying eyes, we could really enjoy our holiday and we did thoroughly! The apartment was cleaned 4 times in 10 days, fresh towels. All the apartments have air conditioning which was a god send! The apartment was situated a short walk from the beach with a beautiful crystal clear sea. The staff were really helpful and polite, allowed us a late checkout which was only 30 Euros (we checked out at 5pm). We are hoping we will return next year!

Can’t see why people are always moaning about places they go. I’ve read the reviews about this place and wasn’t looking forward to staying but I can actually say I don’t know what these people are seeing or actually want!! The place is clean, Rose and Christina are the most helpful and polite people if we need anything. Situated in a great location with lots to do on your doorstep. You pay for what you get and I think this is a great place.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the middle of June 19. Hotel has been fully refurbished which we weren’t aware of whilst booking, it was a lovely surprise. The pool area was a decent size, at that time of the season the whole area of Sa coma was not as busy or lively which left the hotel quiet which was nice. The staff were lovely there wasn’t only one staff member in at a time which wasn’t a problem as it wasn’t that busy. Amazing location, not even 10 minutes walk to beach or shops and restaurants. This hotel has a lot of potential and if we book a very last minute holiday again in June we will definitely return! Me and my boyfriend had a great first holiday at this hotel.

I stayed at this Hotel a few years ago and it was one of my best holidays however it was more Sa Coma its self rather than the hotel. We arrived at night time where there was no one at reception to greet us. After waiting a while a gentleman then came out to check us in. We walked to our room and we where on the top floor and the hotel does not have lifts however this is not a massive issue as there are only x3 floors. The room was reasonably clean however utensils like kettles and plates where not the cleanest. The room was a good size for 1 One bedroom room with a sofa bed however it took a while to arrange a sheet and pillows for the sofa bed. When I went to this hotel the rooms where in need of an update however looking at the photos I can see this had been done. The Hotel does have the perfect location in Sa Coma. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Sa Coma's beautiful beach and shops and the restaurants are about a 7 minuets walk away. If you are staying here I would try out the amazing Camel cocktail and beer bar which is located about 5 mins away from the hotel. The pool at the hotel I did not see get cleaned once and I only went in the pool for a minuet and had to get out due to it being dirty. and there was never a life guard to be seen. The pool does not have anyone attending it therefore people could use the pool which ever time they wished which resulted in younger adults and teenagers being loud in the pool area at 3am in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is a bit run down however it is a good hotel to sleep in but i would say it is not the kind of hotel you would spend all your time in. I would return happily as the beach is close by and the hotel is in a good location and is very afforable.

Opened for season. 1-8 June they have renovated during winter Apartment was very clean and house keeping came twice in our stay and did a lovely clean. Manager very nice and he gave us kettle toaster no charge just asked. I think they are still trying to stock the kitchens. Nice quiet area and kids loved the pool. Had a lovely holiday here. They are still finishing off some apartments but all new curtains bedding and painted and new furnishings. Some quality furniture they have upcycled. New Air conditioning in apts just give 20 euro deposit for remote which was returned to us. Toilet rolls provided during entire stay and towels changed during cleans ,they do change on request. Kitchen equipment basic self catering microwave fridge hob. We asked for broom aswell which he provided. I honestly felt the hotel was safe and relaxing place for us and children. Enjoyed many restaurants around Sa coma everything 5 mins walk including a supermarket. We took a day trip on the Moonfish boat all around Porto Cristo and other beaches. Would come back again in future.
