Well where do I start. The rooms were tiny our room has mould a damp smell and we told reception and they did nothing. The food shocking cold bland huge ques for food not unufe tables raw meat. The drinks were very weak and watered down big ques for drinks the bar staff very friendly. Pools sun loungers big issue around the main pool but fine at splash park. The slides were good but not unufe rubber rings had to wait 30 mins for one. Lifeguard nice unufe. Entertainment was not very good not unufe seats and bad shows. Bingo was good but there is a lot of kids stores which you had to pay for. Would we return no. Bring on 2024 to doubletree by Hilton in turkey.

Typical all inclusive family friendly holiday. We paid just over £1k for 2 adults, 2 children in May 2023 (off-peak) and feel it exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do at the resort, without having to venture out. PRO’s Extremely clean (rooms and resort) Staff constantly cleaning the grounds. Friendly staff Kids club faultless (twice a day - morning & afternoon) Splash park - brilliant (water very cold as you’d expect) Good choice of pools (sun loungers never an issue) Good choice of restaurants - 2 restaurants + snack bar TUI rep’s great (didn’t book any excursion due to small kids) Short free bus to beach and local shops (regularly) Room cleaned daily Room more than adequate fairly modern (fridge etc) - we only use hotel rooms to shower, change and sleep! Great outdoor facilities - volleyball or football on sand pitch. Football/tennis court also available. CONS; Entertainment- repetition mini disco (staff were great) but even kids got a little bored towards the end. Not much evening entertainment for adults other than bingo - but we don’t go on hols for that. Layout of restaurant need re-config as deserts first so queues un-necessary build up! (A lot of the same food items in a cluster which could be spread out to avoid queue build up! Food is standard for any all-inclusive holiday - it’s the same when we have booked 5* Tui platinum hotels. Alcohol tasted very watered down - again, what we expect from all inclusive. Overall, kids had a great time (didn’t once hear they were bored or use of devices!) - so as parents had an enjoyable, relaxing break! The hotel represents value for money and wouldn’t hesitate returning!

We were recommended this hotel by a few friends as ideal place to stay for our grandsons first holiday abroad, we booked as we were advised the hotel was 4 stars so as family of 5 we had two rooms nxt to each other my daughter n grandson in one room and us nxt door, rooms were clean our bathroom had a bath n my daughters bathroom a shower not sure why the bathrooms were different, we also overlooked a busy main road plus the balcony’s not very big. The hotel is ideal for families it has plenty for the children to do, the ice creme parlour requires payment but the restaurants also have ice cream as part of the all inclusive package, the food is repetitive but there is plenty. The reception staff helpful and friendly, we changed our towels at reception and had to pay €2 euro for the change of towels which I thought strange but paid it, there is a bus that takes you to the beach which is ideal but we would sometime walk down to the beach and get the bus back, beware though as the bus doesn’t run on a Sunday. we enjoyed our stay but we wouldn’t return.

I beg don't listen to the horrible reviews for this hotel because this year was our third time coming here that's how good it is. Firstly the price, I think for all the things that are included ( three shops on hotel ground, all inclusive, splash park, waterpark, four restaurants etc.) its a pretty reasonable price. Food, it has your basic all inclusive food but its done to a very good standard. On some nights they do themed food and of course there is four different restaurants to choose from ( Loads of variety). The entertainment, OMG its amazing. There are fabulous themed shows happening for kids under the tent. There's bingo for adults which you do have to pay for but there's no need to be sour about it, just don't pay. Cleanliness, I don't know what everyone is talking about but my room got cleaned every time we put the tag up on the door. We did have to switch rooms to an apartment to fit out family but it was not out dated or mouldy it was perfect ! finally I think there is no point to come write a review about the people that were staying at the hotel at the same time as you as that's not the hotels problem. I understand that in some cases people should be calmed down but maybe don't blame the hotel workers for some peoples silly behaviour. Overall we might come for a fourth time!!!!

Stayed here as 2 adults and 2children under 10 in one bed apartment. Facilities are excellent for families, you do not need to leave the resort, plenty to keep everyone entertained. We did however have dinner out twice during our stay as we found the food repetitive as it is with any all inclusive resort. The addition of the aqua Park went down well with my kids and having the option of snacks and drinks there was of great benefit. Plenty of slides for 9 year old and great selection of slides for my 5 year old... 5 year old was not allowed on big slides but lifeguards are very nice and let my 5 year old down one of the slides a few times over our 10 night stay. We loved to spend the mornings by big pool and do the aqua aerobics and in the afternoon we moved to aqua Park. We never had a problem at any time finding 4 sunbeds together. We did not get up early, we put our towels out on way to breakfast every morning around 9.30.. no problem with beds. The restaurants can have long queues at times we decided after first day we would eat at each sitting the minute the restaurants opened. Evening entertainment was varied but we found it hard to entertain our kids waiting on the main entertainment to start at 10 and some nights my 5 year old fell asleep waiting and we missed out on some of the shows. The bar in the dome can get very busy at night so at the start of the night we order 2 glasses of pure vodka and just got our own coke throughout the night from the self service machines and made our own drinks. It saved us alot of time and we could enjoy the bit of entertainment the kids could stay up for. We walked to beach a couple times. The kids loved the waves but be aware that the sea is full of jellyfish and can become very uncomfortable with them floating around you. Bus to and from beach very good and added bonus but we liked to walk down and get bus back. all in all a lovely holiday and we would definitely return to this resort.

Amazing place. This was our kids first time abroad and they absolutely loved it. So many thing to do all in one place. Onsite Waterpark was amazing and the all inclusive food and drinks were really nice. Free shuttle bus to the beach which we used a few time but also a lovely 15 - 20 walk. Had everything you want so don’t even have to leave the hotel. We will be back.

This review is from a few years ago. Unfortunately due to loss I haven't been able to put my mind to it. The hotel and staff were all amazing. We came as a big family for my dad's final holiday he had MND and was wheelchair bound. Correspondence with hotel before hand allowed us to have someone put equipment in place that would help my dad. They gave us lovely ground floor apartments right next to pool. Food and entertainment were all good. Thankyou for making our final holiday with our Dad so memorable. Lovely hotel and staff. Thankyou

This was our first family holiday abroad and we loved it. Firstly staff were friendly and really helpful. The reception was so clean and modern. The rooms were fine as you don't spend much time in them anyway. (Little dated). However the pools and slides were just amazing. So clean and perfect for any age. Was have a 6 and 9 year old. The food was amazing. So much choice. And my daughter has fish and nut allergy so I was very nervous. But the staff were really helpful on helping me choose what foods she could have but to be honest she ate everything. Nothing was cross contaminated. So that was a big relief. The kids club you must try it out. My girls really enjoyed it. And some days they did free face painting. The staff were lovely. Lovely walk down to the shop and town centre. Lovely beach near by. We loved it there

Booked a really late deal and had low expectations. Those low expectations were exceeded in a big way. We had a great time here. I personally found the food great, lots of choice in all the restaurants and always something tasty on offer. The hotel itself is a tad dated but very clean and the staff do a really good job along with the cleaners. They were in every day. Sa Coma was about 20 mins walk away and lots to do down there. The entertainment team were good and it was fun in the tent each night. Advice to the hotel - I would ban smoking near the kids pools. Not acceptable. More music or Disco vibe in the tent area. Less of the Bingo which was boring and goes on too long. It would be good if more TV screens showing live football and Sport were situated around the bar's and overall complex. Overall we had a lovely time and would return again at some point.

For a 3 star this hotel comes up trumps . Very family friendly , the rooms are basic but functional and are cleaned daily . A special mention to the lifeguards who although attentive were good fun especially in the water park . For a 3 star all inclusive I would rate the food as excellent plenty of choice , well cooked and fresh . The staff in the complex were cheerful and always willing to help . One more special mention goes to the shuttle bus driver who went out of his way to make sure everyone boarded safely especially mums with Buggies . Great value for money . Thanks
