We stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was class. The Caprice is a very well put together hotel; it was modern, had a nice feel to it, it was clean, the staff were fantastic, food options were great and it had a good array of amenities for the guests. The breakfast provided a wide range of options and they catered for any dietary preferences with a smile, this can also be said for the poolside service for snacks and lunches. Big shout out to Christopher, front of house, and Adrian in the service team for making us feel welcome and genuine thanks goes to all hotel staff for making us feel welcome and showing us that nothing was too much to ask for. The spa room was brilliant, go check it out when you go, such a wide range of spa facilities to help one relax and wind down. If you’re in Mallorca and on the north eastern coast. The Alcudia is the place to stay.

Brilliant hotel. Cannot fault it. Helpful staff, great service from the waiters and pool staff. Clean, elegant rooms with all the mod-cons with a minimalist feel. Lovely pool and sunbeds are super relaxing. Great recommendations from the receptionists for tapas bar, paella, etc. Breakfast was excellent and a great menu. Awesome location in the beautiful Port! Already looking to come back.

First time we came to hotel 2019 First experience was amazing It was so great that we decide the same year in August to return We see already some changes specially in the restaurant but it was OK 2021 We decided to come back Well I think it’s the last time we going to stay over here Change it’s impossible to describe Restaurant drastically went down Nothing to compare with our first experience Working team they are really good they try to do them best Specially we recognize some people who still working and they are really professional. But the owner of the hotel change and that’s What explains the big change First we have impression they they cut in personal Anyway for the money but they charge That’s far away service you get.

Overall stay was really great. Staff 10/10 - very willing to accommodate all things and even got a free upgrade which is always wonderful! I would like to give special comment to the man on the night shift on the week of the 13th July. Pool itself is also quite lovely (great barman) - however bear in mind that as most hotels in Majorca your are enveloped by other buildings and wont see the beach/sea unless your in one of the suites. Main issue with the hotel is food and restaurant. The menu is very limited and the food is sub-par. Food for dinner was also the same as food at the poolside which was quite disappointing. Nighttime menu (we were told due to COVID but still) only had one cold plate on it which was very mediocre at best.
