Hotel is nice, on arrival we were offered either a glass of water or a glass of prosecco . The reception staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms are quite compact but nice, there were a few ants in the bathroom and bugs on the bed. we arrived on the Thursday for a week stay, the big lift broke down and was still out of action when we left a week later, people were waiting a very long time for the lifts. Could have done with a kettle in the room to be able to make a drink. Breakfast was average, not very hot, I was Bed and Breakfast at this hotel but ended up eating out most mornings.
Great hotel and very helpful staff, must be as this was our second visit and we will be returning in October. We booked half board and the food was excellent with plenty of choice for both breakfast and evening meal. Safe location just about a 5 min walk from the beach with Alcudia centre about a 20 min flat walk. As cyclist they have a safe place to keep your bike for a small deposit. Nice big pool to relax on.
As usual a.great.time at a.wonderful. hotel 🛏️. with excellent service and staff always a pleasure to return to the js.sol de alcudia.and a wonderful.resort Great weather superb pool.and bars and good food
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good sized room and ensuite. No view of the pool or sea. No wheelchair lift into the non heated pool. The food was delicious, loads of choice and I must have put on a stone from all the eating. The area is brilliant, lovely path along the sea with a few wheelchair accessible boardwalks on the beach. Pity no staff replied to let me know if there was a wheelchair room available this year which was very poor by staff
Staff at the hotel were lovely, Food was good Housekeeping staff were great (especially Maria) The only downside was the tv wasn’t very loud as it wouldn’t go past 20 and because we checked out early before breakfast we were supposed to get food but didn’t, My husband is diabetic and they said we would have breakfast and didn’t get anything, We had to wait 2 further hours so he could eat. Also we were bitten to bits by mosquitoes and had ants in the bathroom.
Everyone was very attentive and welcoming, specially the staff of reception. We felt pampered right from the start, the girls from reception offered us a welcoming drink, and they gave us very helpful information. Overall, things run smoothly during our stay. The hotel is renovated, clean and bright. The food from the restaurant is excellent according to their price. We will comeback again!!!
On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and offered a glass of Prosecco or lemon water. Registering was quick and painless and we were in our room in not time at all. This is where the disappointment came in. There was no tea making facilities and the fridge was the smallest I've seen. Otherwise the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast on the first morning was also a little disappointing in that the hot buffet food was lukewarm at best. This did improve as the week went on. I can't comment on the pool and leisure facilities as we didn't use them. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
Just got back from this hotel the staff were great always very polite breakfast was lovely plenty of choice always got a sun bed what ever time we come down the pool plenty of pubs and restaurants around really enjoy our stay
Could not fault this hotel, right from check in we were greeted with a friendly smile and a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The pool was fantastic and to top it off the swim up bar was brilliant. The staff were awesome so friendly and helpful with any need. The night porter was great offered us tea and coffee and food for the journey back to the airport. We did not take but he still offered fruit for our little girl to munch in the busy queues at the airport. Fantastic thank you 👍
Clean rooms, friendly personnel (working long days but they remain very friendly and helpful) and really great breakfast and diner buffets (theme changes daily). Was there with my spouse and 3 kids (12, 15 and 17). The only thing that was missing was entertainment for my teenagers in the surroundings. But that’s due to the place, Alcudia, which is more for families in general.
